The Hotel presented as impressing, my Check in was fast and assisted to room and showen bathroom and the safe. The Safe failed 5 times and finaly it was replaced with a new one., it took me two day's to get someone to fix my Hi Fi. The Hotel looked good though it was very old. Breakfast I do not recomend, went twice and I was not impresed, no bacon and pre cooked eggs. out of ten I give it a six...

Very nice Hotel and very good value
Great area, Very clean and expensive looking hote but surprisingly not expensive.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how good it looked. Things got better when we got our room which was very good, very clean and had very nice furniture. Breakfast came with the room and it was quite nice with many choices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the bar area. There are quite good restaurants nearby and very cheap. Go down to Soi Post Office and Walking Street.

Very up market and great value hotel.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival.
The room was very large and clean.
Very conveniently located to local nightlife and day and night markets.
10 minute walk to the beach.
Nightlife Tip:
The local nightlife is right outside the hotel door and a local taxi bus runs the entire length of the road the hotel is located on.

Stayed the first time in 3 years and found that hotel is well maintained and feature Pros and Cons are same. Cost performances wise it is good accommodation, especially cost per space. Night time is a bit noisy however, inside of the city, other than 5 stars good construction work it happens herein Pattaya. Staff frindly and breakfast is cheep. Good to stay more than one week. We even can cook at kitchen inside the room.

The views are not much , but some suites have wrap around windows and balconies which give a spacious feel. Rooms were very clean and house keeping very good.
If I need to fault anything , the 2 rooms I used had problems with getting the air con cool enough and were quite noisy. The Versace suites I found quite tacky and overdone but good comfort.
Road facing rooms can be a bit noisy with some bars open till 4 am. The karaoke gets a bit off key after a few beers... But the windows suppress the sound to a reasonable level.
All in all , I would stay again and give the LK royal suites a thumbs up.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The 09 rooms have the best window / balcony combination .

very good location in main town area. you can walk down streets about 20 mins and there is a big c shopping mall. variety of thai food & western food & japanese food stalls. also convenient to buy any amenities or wine in the big supermarket. or you may eat along food shops on the way. must try tat "flying vegetable" restaurant - they serve very good chinese food and reasonable price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can walk across 3 streets in front & reach the beach. Proceed to walking street whereby lots of nite life & food & clubbing area

Nice and Friendly Staff, spacius room, night life?

Stayed for more than 2 weeks and there came no fatal accidents while I stay. This is 5 years old hotel and I know here from the begginning and found that it is well maintained. Water supply has been good, Aircondition nicely works. If we stay street side, then it may be somewhat noisy in th eniht time. Breakfast is minimal but OK. City centre location has many foods options. Good hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Along with Central Pattaya road(Pattaya Thai), Near by Footsal stadium, there is Thai-ichi Japanese restaurant. Tastes good.
