As before nice location lovely frendly staff rooms are clean and tidy service is good close to many malls and plazas for the shoppers and plenty of friendly bars for a nice quiet drink. Night life has many sorts to satisfiy the young the old and the mid range.

I had just stayed 2 nights, and got 1 additional night through Agoda, so hotel front desk made it very easy for me to stay in the same room. I already mentioned the very nice breakfast buffet. Even if you don't stay at this hotel, you should come have breakfast. Don't know how much they charge for the buffet. By the way, even the coffee was very good.
I only wish they would get softer pillows. They are large pillows, but they are NOT comfortable. Please get better pillows.

Been at this hotel several times over the last 3 years. Finally they have made a very positive change with their breakfast buffet. I actually stopped staying at this hotel for some time because of their very average breakfast. But now this is one of the best breakfast buffets for this type of hotel. I would prefer that they have the option to sit indoors, since they have alot of unused space in their lobby area. Give the hotel guest the choice to eat indoors, and if they are not staying at the hotel, but having breakfast there, then they must eat outdoors. Very nice people at the hotel restaurant that remember me.

My 2nd stay in Royal Suites and the service was top quality. Friendly, helpful staff from reception to room maids and security guards.
Had several excellent room service meals and enjoyed hanging out at the pool.
Will definately stay again when i return to Pattaya.

Good location in heart of city, nice staff who did a good job but hotel a little tired looking. Pool area needed a bit of attention and only half picked up any sun. Little bit of noise off road and kitchens but not excessive.
Nice size rooms that are clean and well looked after by maid.
Shopping Tip:
Short walk to Central Festival shopping centre about 3/4 mile.

sewer gases in room made me feel really sick...
breakfast is great (most of the time) and service is also good (if you do not complain about anything)

It took KL Royal Suite 15 days out of my 19 days to change the pipe under the sink. The gases made me feel very sick and I wasn't able to enjoy the living room or kitchen... I kept in my bed room closing the door and open all windows. At the end I felt punished for complaining and didn't receive any shampoo or shower gel for a few days and then the toilet paper was completely removed. All guests have the same smell of sewer gases on the 7th floor. I've already changed rooms with the same result. I've got 30% of my momey back from Agoda (better than nothing). nasal spray and pain killers became my best friends... It was terrible. If I would stay in the same hotel??? NOT on the 7th floor. The street in fron of it got flooded one day, it was rather amusing than disturbing...
Shopping Tip:
If you don't want to ride a motorbike, you could walk to Central Shopping Centre and the beach. Walking to Walking Street would be a bit far, but the taxi stops directly in fron of the hotel.

I stayed in the suite room for £50.00 a night. Big rooms with superb shower and jacuzzi bath tub . Room service 24 hours a day with a great menu. Only down side is I feel the location is a bit far from all the action and the gym isn't very big.

This is a good hotel in a good location nearby many attractions Pattaya has to offer. Lots of bars, clubs and restaurants, but it is quiet inside the hotel and you can get a goodnights sleep. The rooms are large and spacious with all the amenities you will need. The rooms are clean and serviced every day and has one of the most comfortable beds i've ever sleeped in. Two televisions and a dvd. Amazing shower, jacuzzi and bathroom. Nice and clean swimmimg pool and good wifi internet. I enjoyed my stay here.
