Good breakfast.

The fine of dirty the blanket is too expensive.

This hotel look grand from outside. And there are many restaurants and convenient shop nearby the hotel. Location is a bit far from city but there are taxi outside the hotel which provide good and convenient services. Near to the beach and many activities outside there. Overall is good.

Near Pubs/Eateries Prompt Service Helpful Concierge

Slightly out of the way but has taxi services for 100 baht Breakfast staff not very helpful

The room was extremely spacious, clean and well-maintained. The lobby service was very helpful in terms of answering all my queries and pointing me around Pattaya. The breakfast buffet is rather assorted, but the staff takes quite awhile to set up the tables. Overall my stay in the hotel was very pleasant and worth the price I paid for.

Nightlife Tip : Walk out of the hotel to the main road if you want a cheaper ride to Walking Street where there are many pubs/clubs and restaurants to suit your palate.

Nice room. Nice service & staff (at another tower)

There is no FO staff or HK staff at this tower at all. So, it makes me feel not safe when I sleep at night.

The hotel should have a staff at this tower eventhoung there are only one or two rooms of guess. I like a room it's look the same as it shows on the web site. The Front Office staff is nice. The breakfast is very good. Over all is okay. I would stay there again if this tower has a staff on duty.

has a good private beach, nice and quite, night life is available after five minutes taxi ride.

some of the staff are rude.

the hotell is located i a quite part of pattaya which provides little peaceful enviroment away from the demanding sales people. the knite life and city center is very close buy taxi. there is no need for going all the way to the walking street for knite life local bars are safer and close. do remember to take taxi specially in the knite. the hotel staff is little rude.

Nightlife Tip : take taxi cheap and safe

For my short Stay, it's more than OK. Guest Rating: 9

-Good sea view -Quiet beach -Close to our favorite restaurant (Wandee), within walking distance -Big room with clean bathroom -Wide selections of breakfast

-Staffs, a bit lack of smile -Leaves in the pool -Rocks in the pool, though nice decoration, can be dangerous

The hotel has just been renovated.. According to my husband, he said it's decorated in post-modern style. Superior room comes with one queen-size and one twin bed. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Good sea view and pool view, a lot of seats by the pool. The beach is quiet; however, the beach of the hotel nearby is cleaner. Well, for the value of money, it was great. We had a good time.

Restaurant Tip : Try Wandee Restaurant, we go there everytime we come to Pattaya.

Good facilities and beach.

Staff were a little rude.

I booked a room for 2 people. When I arrived the hotel did not want to let my girlfriend in because she is Thai. After a lot a stern words and the hotel manager being called at home, we sorted the issue out.

big seaview room,private beach

-

I like the room. it is quite big. I got 1 double bed and another single bed ! I think all rooms on high level are sea view. Nice swimming pool with connection to the beach. The beach is private so they can keep it clean and nice sand. I didn't see gabage or plastic bag in the sea like other part of Pattaya. Good for relax with family and friend.

Shopping Tip : For those who like fruit. There are Nice small fruit stores around the hotel.

Location, new hotel, big rooms

Slow elevators, doors have no dead bolts and sometimes do not lock, pool big but dirty.

Overall the hotel is new, rooms where big and that is about the best thing. Bathrooms were dirty, rain shower felt like a drizzle and the faucets were leaking. The doors have no deadbolt and sometimes do not lock unless you push on it. The hotel it self have 4 elevator, but only two where working and took about 10 minutes to get to the 11th floor. Breakfast was bad for the size of the hotel, the orange seems like the powdered stuff mixed with water, and most of the food was cold. The pool although big was kinda dirty, it had debris like leaves and sand and seemed like they don't clean it. There is poolside bar but they no longer use it, and no has spiderwebs. Would I stay there again? No, there are better hotels.

None

Excellent location on the beach at the much quieter and sedate part of Pattaya. Plenty of sun loungers around the lovely pool and Thai massage available on the doorstep. Rooms very nice and bathrooms with fantastic rain shower. Good choice at breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel; some staff really helpful; nice swimming pool area;

If you're from Europe or the States you're going to be very disappointed by the food - give it a miss. This is probably the worst breakfast meals I've ever had. Many staff seem unhappy in their work. Everything seems an effort - including travelling to/from the hotel. Tiny (and I mean tiny!) beach.

This is one hotel we won't be visiting again. Appalling food. Staff under-trained to handle things. Think they must have had pilfering problems because everything was checked and double-checked to the n'th degree (sign this, sign that). When we visited (over Xmas period) I'd guess 85%+ of residents were Russian - and most signs were in Thai and Russian - so I'm guessing it's owned by Russians and operates to Russian standards? This is not a racist comment - but regretably this was below what I wanted/expected. It's situated miles from the main Pattaya beaches, shopping/dining areas.

Travel tip : Get your taxis from the end of the hotel driveway (only 100-metres) - much cheaper; book the hotel without breakfast or any meals for that matter!

Big hotel, nice swimming pool, very close to the sea.

thera were a lot of constructions near the hotel, sometimes noisy, only one swimming pool.

We stayed in Pattaya in July 2008 and chose this hotel as it was one of the closest to the sea. The hotel is very clean, the swimming pool is nice, but maybe it will be better if there were another one as the hotel is quite big and there are a lot of guests in it. The hotel is not far from the center of attractions, you can easily take a cab and very attentive personnel will hold an umprella for you while you take a sit in a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Will definitely go back! Guest Rating: 8.7

Tour and Susan P. Maria. Held that it must be comfortable. Parents, three children. Wide and clean bathrooms. Employees to better service from the counter check.

Distance from rooms to parking. Art is long and heavily. Private beach, but left with no privacy, the sale of female merchants set up canvas bed. Water does not play. Because the beach is less. And characteristics of the beach look dirty.

At Hotel with Agoda first. And receive care as well. Guests have to move on. Because children are not comfortable. And is a sudden drop. But has been neglected as a Do.Not quite good hotel, convenient for busy partners Neil Hunter Moon. or families with children. Beautiful swimming pool. However, in the private beach. C dirty and quite often the occasion. ็ a beautiful swimming pool. However, in the private beach. C often quite dirty and Aircraft with merchants selling female of the massage. and receive. Is not much privacy. Good service employees.

Shopping Tip : Because young children. And to stay only one day. Are not the places other than Central Department Store, located around Central Pattaya. If the hour is less than ten minutes to j is integrated.
