Hotel management!

Hotel is usual guest house with non-convenient location (no any beaches and town infrastructure objects). Rooms are also usual, furniture and interiors are already old. But staff behavior was a most disappointed for us! reception really needs for psychological treatments as soon as possible! Hotel management mistook and didn't let customers (2 my friends) know about check-out time. One day later she didnt try to solve this situation (actually we were ready to pay for 1 extra day by agoda price) and started to claim money (400 THB!!! only) in Hysterical form! We wanted to avoid contacting her and asked to call for management and got an answer that she is a manager and owner here and only she can decides everything in this hotel. It was very long story and conflict on reception! She went somewhere out, called to tourist police, took our pictures and threatened to send our documents in police. And finally she just grab 500 THB banknote from my friend hands. Hope a real owner who cares about customers will move this crazy lady far far from customers.....
