Clean, new, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nicely furnished.
Hotel did not appear to have bellboys. I was struggling with 3 large pieces of luggage both on checkin and checkout without any foreseeable help. The elevator goes down to the ground floor but the call button does not work to bring it down to the ground floor.
Very much enjoyed my stay at the Manita Boutique Hotel. No problems with checkin. Good, friendly staff and tasty welcome drink. The lobby bar is cosy. Need to have more of a selection of beers. Only two, Heineken and Singha. The room has nice amenities although the water pressure for the shower was low. The water heater however was exceptional. Bed was comfortable. Not the normal hard as stone in most Thai hotels.

Location is ok, but the surrounding area is surrounded by a abundance of wild stray dogs.
Overall the service and value were great along with the decor and the pool. The wild dogs and the location, even though close to the beach and walking street, it is on a off street underneath a overpass that is not known or recognized by the cab drivers, make it a little uncomfortable.

Very clean, staff were friendly but speak little English
Located at the root of Pattaya hill, very inconvenient if without a car/bike.
Value for money. Room was clean, medium size, no hot water pot nor coffee table. Half of the rooms facing raw land and construction site and other rooms facing flyover. The hotel was full on saturday night. Mainly local young couple. We were the only guests left on monday and tuesday. We occupied the whole restaurant, lift service and swimming pool. Staff were friendly but speak very little English. No free shuttle to town, no free internet.

Lovely pool, very friendly staff, ideal location half way between Jomtien and South Pattaya
Often taxi drivers don't know the location and name of the hotel, so make sure you ask reception to write down the address in Thai
Whenever I come to Pattaya I stay at the Manita. The staff make me feel very much at home and the rooms are excellent value for money. It is quite a new hotel and the rooms and facilities are all modern and quite chic. Being a 10-15 minute walk from walking street there are no noise issues and you can jump on a baht bus and be there in 5 minutes. The pool is very nice and not used too often. Also, the (3 bedroom) Penthouse is a great room if there a few of you who want to just chill out together.

Beautiful Place, Great Shower and Bath area and very comfortable Bed. Clean Room with nice wood Floors/Very Modern Look. Fast Hi-Speed WiFi once you buy the 60 Baht 24 hr card front the front desk.
Highly recommended place to stay - beautiful pool
experience!
Was NOT impressed with the food / dining experience was average at best. Location very quiet - but a long 10 minutes walking distance from Walking Street ...and NO ONE had heard of this place = so if you stay here be sure to keep the Manita hotel business card in your pocket as NO ONE knows where this place is.

Very clean, staff very helpfull and pleasant, pool nice..location is great.
the restaurant was not open at night, but that was it .
My My My what a hotel,I taught based on the location being near the highway or expressway,I was afraid it would be very noisey, but it was not .. the location was perfect, they also had motor cycle Rentals on the spot, perfect,I'm looking forward to return soon...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : rent a car or motor and move around there are so much things and places to see..

Great design, nice quiet area, liked the ambient music playing when we walked in the room, staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast selection was poor, not so good soundproofing for Junior Suite rooms that were facing the road with overpass.
Me and my girlfriend stayed at Manita Boutique Hotel from March 13-14 for a little birthday getaway from Bangkok.
The only gripes I had was the poor breakfast selection: three sets which were American breakfast, French toast and something else. And only allowed one set...basically if you wanted seconds...tough luck..you had to pay for it. Or at least that's the impression I got when I requested scrambled eggs.
The room was pleasantly furnished, very comfortable and clean. However, we stayed in the Junior Suite which was facing a overpass. We could hear cars coming and going. If I wasn't tired from driving, I would have had a hard time sleeping. I wish the rooms had bathrooms and slippers though. It would have been perfect.
To end my review, front office staff did something I did not expect at all which was when they wished me a happy birthday (14 March) after me and my girlfriend had breakfast. I was very pleased with this sort of personal touch. Will definitely stay here again.

Though located near the busy tourist area, this hotel boasts a very quiet environment.
Probably because this hotel is rather new, a taxi driver often has hard time to locate it.
The room is very modern and clean, with fashionable accommodations. The staff performance is kind and pleasant.
I especially like the modern design of the hotel, which i think is really worth the name of "boutique' hotel.

Near the pier, good for going to the island, just walk 7-8 min.
Clean, quite, morden style.
Far from shopping center.
It's new, so drivers seldom know where it is.
Small.
Weak facilities. But comparing with the price, it's reasonable.

Best location if you want to travel to Koh Lan or any place by boat because it's located very close to Bali Hai Pier. Another is a stylish material that use in the room, I like the laminated floor very much!!!
Some area like the balcony is dirty, plenty of dust.
If you are looking for a hotel that small, stylish and convenient this is your choice. It's located close to the biggest pier of Pattaya. This area is quiet but if you don't have ur own car it might be hard to find taxi around. A room is stylish design with comfort. But some area was not clean like I find my balcony with plenty of dust!!!

Great service. All staffs are willing to help their guests. Always smile. Cosy, warmy and friendly hotel
Location but it could be OK
This is a good place to stay for short weekend and also suitable for a couple lover as well as family and friends. All staffs are willing to offer good service for their guests with always smiling and helpful. Good room decoration which can make you feel very cosy. Convenience location and easy to find. If they are on the sea side, it wolud be great.
Shopping Tip : Near by walking street - South Pattaya
