Shuttle bus With so many choices to make in regards to accomodation in Pattaya. We were very happy with all the facilities in Mantra Pura.
It does not have a sea view but the pool is well designed and was very clean. The directions to the hotel were a little misleading as the entrance was on Pattaya North Road and not 3rd Street as was mentioned on the web site.
The food at the hotel was exceptionally good with very cheap prices. There was Wifi internet service that we could connect to free. With all the friendly staff there, we will be going back there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It doesn't matter what you are looking for. The hotel is situated on a main road. You can take the local Song-Taow (taxi) or use the hotel shuttle bus to access everything in Pattaya

- central location - poor english by staff has major disadvantages
- restaurant has a low standard menu
- rooms are small and pokey
- bathrroms are badly presented and tacky I did not find the stay at the Mantra Pura to be that good with bad experiences with non-english speaking staff and poor facilities. The food was not great with the communication regarding what we want versus what we got to be unsatisfactory. The kitchen facilities were unsatisfactory as well

smallish, nice layout, good value not close to much, but not too far away.
Rooms are getting a little shabby, but acceptable. this place is a nice weekend retreat with fairly large rooms, although slightly run down. had a little trouble with the aircon and light switches but they fixed it right away. The pool is quite nice and if you stay on the pool level it has sliding entry doors for pool access. Didn't eat much there except for a sandwich there so cant say much about the food. Staff were friendly and helpful

I have stayed for 2 nights at Mantra Pura, nice and warm welcoming reception. Good size gym and relaxing jaccuzi. The room were spacious and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom were sometimes not strong enough. Surrounding is quiet and the problem we faced was the packing lots were not enough when there is seminars that particular Saturday afternoon, Overall, i would grade average and the promotional rate is good

Good pool. Good breakfasts. Deluxe room bathrooms - "tubs" - and "zipped together" king beds. Decided to take the opportunity of Agoda's special low rate to check out this four star (self rated) establishment and found that it doesn't stand up too well in comparison to other (real) four star hotels. Reception staff sre sadly not "four star" in English and comprehension is sadly quite limited. The "kingsize" bed is not one bed but rather two twin beds zipped together by a cover leaving a nasty join line down the middle - not very comfortable. The wooden bath tub and swinging shower screen is bizarre to say the least, and what with the irregular water pressure, sees fairly major flooding in the bathroom after a shower. The hotel is on a main road but not one with regular baht bus traffic and is located a good ten to fifteen minutes route march from major baht bus routes. There is very little in terms of eating places, bars or other places of entertainment that could be said to be "close" to the hotel - except for the Tesco supermarket complex which is five or so minutes walk away.
Hotel Feature Tip : Check that the showers by the fitness area are draining before taking a shower otherwise you will fill up the stall!

The hotel is very clean and the service is outstanding. The bar at the pool is a plus and the gym facilities. The restaurant facilities were awesome, and the different kind of meals to choose make the experience an unique one. Was kind of far from the beach and the walking street. I spend my vacations at this fabulous hotel and had a great experience. The service and the maintenance of the room was outstanding. The bar at the pool make your experience a relax one. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
Restaurant Tip : The meals at the restaurant were really good, specially the breakfast buffet.

Beautiful rooms, amazing pool, great location, friendly staff We stayed for two nights during a "two for one" night Agoda special. This essentially was a 50% discount! We could not have been happier with this deal! The resort is stunning and worth a stay whether or not you can get a discount! We loved it and would highly recommend it to any couple or family. It's far enough from the "Pattaya Action" to be quiet and only an easy short 5 minute ride to town or to the bus station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can take a songteaw (local pickup truck taxi) into town for only 20baht!

Is about a kilometer from the beach My stay at this hotel was superb. The Mantra Suite is simply gorgeous, especially in the bedroom, with its accent / mood lights recessed in the multi-tier ceiling. I had just a few minor problems with the stay (shower stall that didn't keep water in well enough), but I still enjoyed the stay. The location isn't the best though if you're looking for a short walk to the beach - it's about a kilometer away. It's no problem if you're willing to catch a taxi for 20 baht or rent a scooter for 200 baht a day. One good thing about the location is that you can escape the "scenery" of Beach Road.
Restaurant Tip : Cross the street kiddie corner to the corner restaurant - they have the best Kao Tom (Rice Soup with fish / pork / etc) in town.

very nice, well designed hotel, high quality design rooms in good condition, well equipped with big fridge, kitchenette, good AC, big flatscreen TV with DVD, lovely marble bathroom with huge wooden japanese Spa tub, large balcony with pool view. Big freeshaped pool with jacuzzis, absolutely great gym with sauna+jacuzzi. the ONLY con might be the location which is slightly away from the centre. Getting into town is no problem but coming back late evening may leave you walking 15min. from the Naklua roundabout as the minibusses don't service this road that much at this time. Excellent 4 star hotel booked with Agoda at unbelievably low rates, unbeatable value for money, very attentive staff, to mention the high quality Spa and Gym, overall great experience, quiet location, near TESCO shopping centre. Great hotel, will come back!
Restaurant Tip : TESCO supermarket has a food hall for the low budget or the restaurant on the Naklua roundabout down the road named Food,Kiss and Drink is good and not expensive.Open 24 hours!

Nice big bed, Free WIFI. Pool clean and can stand up in (good for weak swimming Teerak). Very nice gym with treadmill, dumbells and weight machine. In room safe won't fit laptop (15"). Room has Jacuzzi bathtub with hose to use for shower. Hose was short for me 5'11" meaning I had to stoop to rinse off also getting in and out requires a bit of acrobatics. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Tesco Lotus (closest place to get a consistent Baht bus) though occasionally you would get lucky and catch one in front of the hotel (usually turning around for Tesco). I didn't eat in the hotel kitchen so can't say if good or not. The staff were all helpful and attentive. I rated room down because of bathroom.

Very nice hotel in quiet part of Pattaya. Great pool. King bed was 2 single beds joined together - very bad Stayed a couple of days in this nice hotel. Could be better if we were looked after properly. Arrived at 12:30pm and were told the double room with King bed was not available until 2pm but could take a Twin room straight away. Told them we would wait. Found out the next day that normal check in was 1pm and also that the King bed was 2 single beds joined together. Not comfortable when you want to have some fun in the middle of the bed. Would have stayed another five days if we weren't conned. Checked into the Eastiny for another 5 days. Closer to the beach and nightlife as well.

Huge n attractive swimming pool. Pleasant n cosy room. Balcony overlooking pool. Microwave n reasonably sized fridge. Kitchen utensils like cups, glasses, plates, spoons, etc. A little out of the way to almost everywhere. The heating element of the shower. Becomes too hot and cold by itself. love this beautiful place and really value for money. rooms were big enough and so was the bathroom. taking a shower is an adventure as we tried very hard to get the temperature of the water right. then it hots up to almost boiling and later becomes cold again. if it wasn't for this problem, this stay would have been excellent. it's pretty far from the beach and action so better to rent a motorbike if you are the sort who needs them. helps if you know pattaya a little like me. got this place at a bargain, half price and really shouldn't have any complains. tesco is the only shopping place nearby and good idea to get your grub from the supermarket and make use of the microwave. overall enjoyed my stay and hope to go back soon.

well docorated rooms, free internet, good pool. very modern Not close to citycenter, staff was not so helpfull and many times didn't understand english. Internet was most out the time slow and out of order. not incl. breakfast. Very nice and modern hotel, the rooms made you feel as you where at home. Big bed, and beautiful bathroom.
good pool with sun most of the day. The hotel was far away from the citycenter, so it's a good idea to take a taxi(10baht pr. pers.)
Close to tesco, so you can by cheap breakfast.
The staff was very friendly, but not so helpful when there occuered some bookingproblems. Did not eat at the hotel, but i am sure, that it was good.
But we would go back for sure!
Travel tip : Take a taxi to the city, but dont pay more than 10baht pr. person!

clean and new, beautiful interior decoration a nice, clean and cosy environment for both solo and family travellers. a horse-shoe lay-out five floors apartment style concept with a nice, big beautiful swimming pool located at the centre. good gym, sauna and jacuzzi available too. rooms are big and comes with a kitchenette. has a balcony area that gives a free mind open view of the swimming pool which makes it a nice place to sit down and relax
