this hotel very nice and have violet color This the first time I go to pattaya but this hotel is very nice and located in main road.I would like to recommend it to many my friend want go to Pattaya Beach. The accomodations were very comfortable and the hotel staff was always to help and very friendly. If you need to go out Mercure hotel will send the tuk tuk free to take you from the hotel to main street and when you back to hotel. If your in Pattaya, the Mercure is the place to stay.
Restaurant Tip : come and try with thai food is very good

Shopping Tip : 2 mins to the new and nice mall, called Avenue in pattaya - this mall has everything.

Over all it is not a bad hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is a non-smoking hotel but I could still smell the smoke in the room. So watch for this. It is not because of the hotel, but tourists.

location, well run, modern and clean, internet service expensive This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel and was very impressed with the standard of the rooms, service and helpful friendly staff. The hotel is close to the night life of walking street but in a quiet location with a 24 hour tuk tuk service to take guests to and from 2nd street. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, although the internet service is very expensive
Restaurant Tip : good sea food restaurants in Walking Street.

Very helpful staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good food near the hotel. Villa market (small shopping mall) is just 200m away from it and you can even find a cinema, a bowling alley, shops, restaurants etc nearby.

We would recomend this hotel to our friends and if we ever go back to Pattaya we would stay here again.
Travel tip : If you want to shop for groceries go to Villa Market near by. It's a bit hidden but you will find it in the modern shopping mall next to Mercure. There's also a nice pizza place there that serves excellent italian food.

Overall a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay there again should we visit Pattaya again. It's great!
Shopping Tip : A new shopping mall within walking distance. Otherwise, just take the shuttle and within walking distance to lots of shopping areas.
