Good Hotel with the good service

Hotel's very stylish. Facilities and amenities. There is a small indoor pool. A breakfast menu and the buffet was small. Flavor fairly Overall, I like and very impressive
Nightlife Tip:
It's about a 10 minute walk to Walking Street.

well renovated hotel & the check-in was fast... staff was helpful everything was fine... until the noise from the air-con & room next door. i was quite disappointed with hotel due to the noise, i actually can hear people outside & next door talk which is quite annoying... in the morning i was wake cause of the room service closing the door from outside. plus there is an construction happening direct next to it, if you are not a morning person this will piss you off. this hotel will make so much noise like your super alarm clock. hotel located quite far from the beach.

Hotel is ok. I stayed for three days the last day I left at noon and was away for all day and when we came back around six pm no one clean our room yet so my bf called them and when to see reception and when we came back at night they didn't clean it. Overall location is not bad. And service was not so good. Breakfast is not nice. They don't have shower area it uncomfortable and inconvinien to walk inside the bathtub for shower Everytimes.

Well, this was my 4th stay in this hotel which i have promised my self would be the last. while booking the hotel it categorically was specified that 4 people are allowed in the suite, but to my surprise every time you bring in a friend the front desk guy who dose the night shift would ask for BHAT. Its not about the money its all about the service, although the other staff were friendly h/w the guy who dose night shift do not deserve to re -present a brand name like LK Empress

Classy hotel in a quiet location
beautiful 40 sq meter room, 2 swimming pools, comfy bed and large TV

miracle suite upgraded me to a deluxe double room (free upgrade) on my arrival; i was very happy about that. check-in was fast and courteous. i changed my room because i didn't want to be situated next to the swimming pool, and the front desk was very accommodating in changing my room to another floor. the deluxe room was 40 sq. meters and nicely decorated with a very comfy bed. my corner room had a wrap-around balcony, so i could go outside the room. in the immaculate bathroom there was a separate bathtub and glass stall shower. also, there was a large window (with curtain) in the wall separating the elegant bathroom from the bedroom, so you could look into the bathroom from the bedroom - an interesting design feature. the two swimming pools were very clean and inviting. about a 10 minute walk to walking street but no noisy bar beers next to the hotel - a definite plus. i highly recommend miracle suites and would definitely stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
It's about a 10 minute walk to Walking Street and lots of arab, indian and russian restaurants, if that is your pleasure.

Service slow, small bath tub and BF not hot

I'm not happy with the slow service since I called operator many times for the hot water problem in my room but they didn't come to help immediately. Moreover, the air conditioner cannot adapt the temperature so it's freeze us at night. The only thing that make me happy is the big and soft bed.
