Good for value, but not a great location
Having difficulties to locate the hotel. The room is clean and big. Breakfast is satisfactory. Staffs attitude is a big NO NO, not helpful at all, as if we owe her huge sum of money.

enjoyed our 6 nights stay
The kids loved the two large swimming pools and the adults enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was good but could use more selections. Its quite a long walk to the beach and a songkaew should be used.

Great deluxe rooms
Room, value for money, & location
I had a great and wonderful time at the Miracle suite. The deluxe rooms were big and had all needed facilities. A good value for money. Good location.

There is no stuff service is zero
I visit this hotel almost monthly .. Same workers only bill boy remember me reception don't even know that Iam there customer and don't care even if they know they really don't care so u can under stand this hotel service from this point only .. Rooms big clean start now getting old with out maintainance .. Service there is help ur self .. Don't have late chick out u pay per hour if u want more even if u are a customer .. So I think the manger of this hotel or owner was never been in hotel business before and he/she don't understand until now why nice hotel nice rooms don't have full customers ... Service is zero
