I asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a room full of ashtrays and stale fumes. I was told I could change rooms in the morning. In daylight we saw the room was full of mold and mildew. When I called to ask the desk about the new room, the phone did not work. Finally able to change rooms, and when we settled in, a hotel employee walked in, I think to give the room to another customer.

Have stayed here previously and would again. The room big but would have preferred king bed. View of ocean beautiful. Staff friendly.
