The staff is very friendly, but is not very specialized, the hotel is very quiet and near to the center of the city, it's value for money is very high, but it's single room is not that great. The food is good, actually I'd like to stay there again.
Very quiet, very near to center of city.
Its management is not very good.

Large group tours overnight here, but that does not seem to affect the individual traveller much. While the hotel is located in a convenient place, within walking distance of all that a tourist might be seeking, there are definitely better hotels in Pattaya for the same price.
