Clean, friendly & helpful people.
Comfortable bed & nice deco.
Step is too stiff not easy to climb up and down, especially for women and elderly people.
Good location of hotel although it is located at the far end corner of the street. Big room, cozy, comfortable & clean. Big room and nice bed too. Staff are very friendly. Oh! The Harley make the hotel have a very special character!!! We like it very much.
Restaurant Tip : Nice restaurant nearby, some have play nice music.

Lousy breakfast, but it was included in the price which makes it ok
Little english spoken by staff.
No soap, only a very small bottle of "body wash"
Towels removed and not replaced..staff found this funny..and still did not replenish "body wash"
A good location and reasonable room.
Hot water was luke warm at best and non existant most of the time..just as well the weather was hot.
Would not stay again.. I need a better breakfast and hot water.

Nice decoration, staff , good rooms.
there is no lift in the hotel , however, the hotel only have three floors, it is okay to walk.
The hotel is in good condition and nice decoration. the room is so good and really like home sweet home. Staff are nice and helpful. Many TV channels for you to choose. the massage store near the hotel is quite good, have local food and also 7-elven. about the location, it is not near the central pattaya but the tuk tuk and taxi can find that.
Nightlife Tip : the massage near the hotel can go and try, it's quite nice.
