Nirvana Boutique Suite Hotel, Pattaya

Reception was not knowing anything about the locality. Breakfast was terrible. Location is not good.

It was too expensive for so not high sirvice

I like this hotel, overall staff are very good. The rooms are always nice, although this time round the shower curtains in the two rooms I stayed in were covered in black mould - the maids need to pay attention to cleaning these, just disgusting - I asked front desk staff to have them cleaned but nothing happened. I bought my own bleach and did it myself! Checkin at 10pm was a nightmare firstly because Agoda failed to do what they promised and that was fax through the confirmation (I had to call Agoda from the hotel to have that sorted out) so the hotel had no idea I was arriving and told me they didnt have any rooms available for the period I booked and paid. Secondly the young lady on the desk was not interested at all and she would not have cared if I had not pushed the issue with her and went off to find another hotel. I found her to be surly and unpleasant throughout my stay. All other staff were very good and very helpful. Checkin took nearly an hour whilst she fittered around and talked on the phone. I have stayed here before but never used room service, this time I ordered. Food was all cold, not sure if they cook fresh in the hotel or order in from somewhere else, but all dishes were cold. No microwave in the room to re-heat. This is a good hotel and certainly value for money for the high class first rate rooms and the location. I will stay here again but checkin earlier in the day when the good staff are working.
