Large rooms botique unit only.
The Agoda info only shows and describes the Nirvana Botique Suites Hotel. Upon arrival it was pointed out that our reservation was for the Couture Wing. This is a totally different building not even attached to the hotel we thought we would be staying in. The Couture Wing is low quality and the rooms are small.
The breakfast is mediocre at best. Cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. Staff adequate but not very helpful. It is an older building and has not seen any major renovations. It is over 200m to the beach from the hotel entrance.

the room was very spacious and the bath was like a mini swimming pool.Great set up.
the breakfast menu should be changed. The same breakfast everyday.
The location of hotel is very central to everything. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the design was very classy. The bathroom was the best feature especially the bath as it was very big and relaxing. The only negative to the stay was the breakfast was the same everyday. The breakfast was delicious but if you stay there for more than a week then you will get sick of same breakfast everyday.

Nice hotel for an affordable price, nice rooms and friendly staff. good wifi
very small pool, away from beach
we had a good stay at the nirvana hotel, the rooms where spacious and well equipped. we moved after a few days to another hotel because we wanted a large pool and direct beach access. if it was only to be in pattaya we would have stayed longer

We came to the hotel and tray to check in. There they say we must go longer down on the street for they have 2 building( they say new!!). We came there and got room on the second floor, but 3 levels without lift. The room was ok but when you take shower you can swim after. If you shower in the afternoon you had water on floor till the next morning.

very close to jomtien beach
clean rooms,with a comfortable bed
polite staff
a ten minute bus ride from central pattaya
very small swimming pool
stayed here for 3 weeks, the staff were very freindly
and polite, its a little way from pattaya about 10 minutes on the baht bus but it is away from all the hustle and bustle, the rooms were clean and had all the mod cons and a very comfortable bed,the swimming pool is tiny, but the beach is just a 300 yard walk.
Restaurant Tip : if your english and miss your indian food try the restaraunt indian by nature, its as close as you will get to a traditional indian and the food is great and they speak very good english its half way between jomtien and pattaya on the main rd

Enjoyed the boutique feel of the hotel, It was small so it had a personal feel to it. Our studio room was very quiet and situated in the back of the hotel away from the noise of the Soi.
Decoration was clean and minimalistic.
Pool very small situated at the back of the hotel.
A quiet hotel within the bustle of Pattaya. Ideally located in Jomtien so there is nightlife if you need it but very easy to get away from the noise if necessary. Conveniently situated hallfway up the soi. Beach, restaurants and main drag a couple of hundred metres away. Rooms clean and minimalistic and very modern. Mini bar had headache tablets and well as the usual beer and soft drinks.

Great little room. Trendy, quiet, and cool. The "mood" lighting was appreciated and the wall-mounted flat-screen T.V. was nice. The security guards were hard-working, friendly, and polite.
Management was a bit flaky/inattentive/unavailable. No toiletries provided in the washrooms. American breakfast was the only option for breakfast combined with inattentive/insincere service from the guy in charge.
We feel The Nirvana Boutique Suite Hotel has potential but poor management left a bad taste in our mouths. Firstly, we weren’t even sure if we had arrived at the right location because (a) there are two buildings built in different styles that say Nirvana and (b) there isn’t a sign anywhere that says Boutique Suite Hotel. When I walked in and asked (politely) if this was the Nirvana Boutique Suite Hotel, I got a, “Yeah,” and a look from the receptionist like I was an idiot. They really should fix their signs or re-think the name they submit to websites such as Agoda.com. At the very least they should be empathetic enough to realize that people new to the area might be a bit confused, especially when there are two buildings in different styles.
The suite itself was small and clean. There wasn’t a window or balcony but that didn’t bother us. The room had great lighting, including dimmer switch for setting the mood, and blue string lights. The flat screen TV mounted on the wall was a nice touch. The bed was really comfortable. The washroom was clean, but it had an “open” shower that would soak the entire room. They do not provide any soap, shampoo, or anything like that, which I found strange for a hotel that was attempting to be more upscale. When I went downstairs the receptionist wasn’t to be found so, about 10 minutes later, the security guard/doorman ran down to the convenience store and bought us some. He was hardest working guy in the place!
I’m not usually one to complain about hotel breakfasts because I travel a lot and they’re all sort of the same. However, this is the only establishment I went to where the complementary breakfast was only good for an American breakfast. That’s it. No choice at all. And you’d better be happy with one cup of coffee because nobody’s offering more. I got the feeling that the hotel was only including breakfast to keep up with the other hotels that offer it as a perk. Too bad their lack of commitment to quality really shows.

Everything that I expected, plus more:
- Very nice and warm decorations, feels like I was home.
- Small but cozy tiny swimming pool.
- Service is excellent and warm.
- Near the beach.
- Internet WI-FI with qualified tech. support.
Maybe the tiny swimming pool but it's better than nothing. Also the street has quite a few bars around. Try to avoid the front rooms at street level or else you will have to keep your curtains closed all the time.
I think mostly everything was nice there. Compared to other places, it's very good value for your money. The hotel private swimming pool might be extremely small and the street a bit noisy, but I really liked the room, the decorations, and all the facilities. Good technical support for connecting my laptop to the wireless network, everything was good. I will return (as a matter of facts I'm booking again now) and I'm happy that they have rooms available. Oh! Did I mention that the (included) breakfast was served in the room?

Away from the trafic, quiet location.
Just anouther apartment building parading as a hotel.
Location was good, quiet but not to far to the beach. Balie style rooms are very uncmfortable, stony floors in the bathroom, big bath which took for ever to fill up. The bathroom in general was dirty. Lynin was old, sheets had holes in them. Room security was poor, the door has a key lock with big gaps all around very easy to break in. Air con was old and noisy.

Close to the beach, god personal, god service, god breakfast
The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the place looked quite good. The personal was very nice and took good care of us. The room was very clean and looked very good. A fully stocked minibar with headache pills even :) Sat. tv and airconditioned. Breakfast was not a buffét but still satisfactory. Close to the beach with watersport activities. All in all a god hotel that gives value for money.
Travel tip : The beach. 5 min by taxi to Pattaya city.

its away from Pataya, thats a good thing, unless your into what Pataya is notorious for... If not, Jomtein Beach is much nicer!
Hotel had Andy Warhol and WHITE STRIPES posters on the walls, pretty cool style!
Rooms are gorgeous! Everything about them felt relaxing and peaceful!
Handy to beach and all amenities!
try the TIGER ZOO package they have, wonderful day with animals, I had my pic taken holding a baby tiger, then 3 crocodiles, then with 2 orangutans!
:)
Breakfast had bacon!
Ask for a DVD player for your room and its free which is ace if you dont like the TV but wana stayin and watch all those DVDS you bought!!!
CABLE TV has the japanese wrestling channel which seriously rocks.
breakfast didnt change everyday. Only one opotion.
Strict about eating b4 10am which is stupid if you have actually paid for it.
Kareokee down the street too loud during weekends but it goes quiet around 1am.
Staff are snobbish in the restaraunt area at breakfast, not fun or helpful.
Taxivan from Bus station doesnt actually drop you off at hotel, so its a bit of a mystery to find at first.
I liked it overall, it was really pleasant and I could live there and be happy, fairly western style in an asian country always spooks me a bit cuz I like the asian styles and cultures, thats why I travelled there, but its new and was clean and tidy, the doorman/security guy/valet/waiter guys are really friendly and approachable!
Eating in jomtien is nicer than Pataya but it costs ALOT!!! side streets dont always have good massage places but the first or second hotel you pass in a taxivan when you get there is absolutely magic for those sore feet!!!
The package deal for Ripleys Beleive it or Not museum in Pataya is dearer than if you just get a taxivan and pay when you get there.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a DVD player in any hotel you stay in!
I didnt realise you could!!!

clean, close to beach and great bars, restaurants, good breakie.
shower makes entire b.room floor wet.
We have been staying here every month for about a year. The staff are very polite and efficient. The street is quiet, yet you are close to very happening bars on just 4 streets over in each direction. Food in restaurants on the street is cheap and good. Lots of foreigners.
