take laundry elsewhere way to expensive! also do not book car from there 3 times the amount if you just book on street 50 ft away

nova gold is off the beaten path, however close enough to everything you need. the big c is right up the street for shopping, and there is a great irish pub to eat at 1 min outside your door step. the rooms are great and the staff has always been kind. nice beds as well, good bang for your buck. i will return soon.

I went with my girlfriend, sister and brother.
I drive from Bangkok airport to Pattaya.
This was my 1st time driving from Bangkok to Pattaya.
The highway is great, sign were clear. I enjoy my driving time.
After we get into Pattaya, it took us about 15-20 mins to find the hotel.
Better print out the hotel map before you go. It helps!
When we arrived, it was 5pm.
I guess they rent out most standard rooms, therefore they upgrade our rooms to executive room foc!
Which is very big, nice room.
Clean, tidy with computer inside our room.
Free wifi available too.
It will be not very convenient if you do not have your car.
Because it take almost 30mins by walk to Pattaya central.
I will stay there again if I visit Pattaya with my own transportation.

I enjoyed the stay even though it is a minus that the pool has no sun and that the employees sometimes try to employ double standards about who can park where.

Nice room but less car park and bad breakfast

First, I was not appreciate with car park, it was really not enough if you brought your own car. You could park at around the hotel but I was not sure for security. The room was good enough to tell the story but the breakfast was not worthy to say.
Nightlife Tip:
The walking street you should go to see a thing that you will never seen from other places in Thailand. A lot of strange people such as lady boy. Many pubs and bars, drink and dance, if you don't like it just walk pass and going to bed.

nice hotel, good value for money,nice rooms, but not all have balconies, not that the view is great, pool a bit on the small side, but overall another adequate development by the nova group.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
hire a scooter as the location is quite out the way.

Been here before and this time is upgraded to Executive however found the room is same size as standard room. Overall, the room is still good however the cooling is acting odd (blowing hot air sometime). Will stay there again though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should go Koh Lan if you are looking for clean beach and clear water.
