Almost a good place, but slightly expensive to stay too long. Should be better offer to people who want to stay two to four weeks.

The hotel is one of the oldest in Pattaya, I later learned; from really the sixties. As indicated, almost nothing has been done to counter the decay and maintenance seems to be a non-existing world in hotel-management vocabulary.
Breakfast was included in the room price. Otherwise you had to pay 295 baht for the buffet variety, which seems a bit pricy compared to alternatives near by.

Gossip Bar that is adverised was non-functioning--no drinks or gossip. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
