Possibly Pattaya�s most popular serviced apartment accommodation, the centrally located Nova Park Hotel is frequented by travelers from around the world.

It is well connected to both leisure and business hotspots as well as Pattaya�s famous food market. Rooms are large, well furnished and modernly equipped with cable TV, mini bar and refrigerator. Jameson�s, the onsite Irish pub, is a fantastic place to catch up with friends or unwind over a drink and features live music several nights per week.

The large outdoor pool is ideal for escaping the heat of the beach or relaxing after a day sightseeing.

Nova Park - Not for me!

The pool looked nice. The price was cheap at around AU$45 for the One Bedroom suite.

Poor reception staff were more interested in each other than attending to the guest standing waiting to be noticed (excluding one female reception staff member who was capable and polite - the other female one I encountered was perhaps the poorest excuse for a reception staff member I've ever encountered anywhere in Thailand). The one bedroom suite needs a VERY good spring clean. The filth is there if you look closely enough, and a good clean may just scare away the cockroaches which over-run the joint when the lights go out.

I booked a Four (4) night stay in June. The hotel is out of the way, and the area a tad seedy. The pool area looks inviting, but with the exception of one girl at reception the staff are completely disinterested. The state of the suite looked ok on first glance, but once you scratch the surface, the loudspeakers begin to scream DUMP! I felt so uncomfortable there (especially the bed linen which gave me an itch I couldn't scratch) we checked out after one night, forfeiting 3 more pre-paid days. Frankly I couldn't get out of there quick enough, and the sour pair at reception on that day, couldn't have cared less. Not even an enquiry "why are you checking out 3 days early"? Sure, the average backpacker would find these digs fine, but if you expect anything within coo-ee of a 3 star establishment, then keep looking. Moving on to Woodlands resort was the best decision I ever made.

Hotel Feature Tip : If you have even average expectations of cleanliness... skip this place.

Friendly, helpful staff that all spoke English. The room was clean and spacious. Twenty four hour reception and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. There is a brilliant Irish pub attatched to the hotel with the most welcoming staff and food to die for at reasonable prices. Each day they do a special on the menu which is such good value.

If you are after a tan, suggest you start early in the day at the pool as the sun is occluded by the hotel from three o'clock onwards.

I enjoyed my stay at Nova Park. There is a fitness room and massage/hairdresser on site. Everyone is very friendly and I was made to feel welcome. I would recomend the place to anyone that wants a secure clean place to stay in Pattaya. Close, but not too close, to all the nightlife. There is a Seven Eleven next door with an ATM, which was handy. Get your hair cut at Aum's on site and a massage too!

Restaurant Tip : The Irish pub do excellent food at reasonable prices. The staff are wonderful.

Nice, clean and quiet. Kitchen in the room.

The hotel is a nice place to relax; it is quiet but still not too far away from the action. The rooms are big with a kitchen, with all utensil so that is easy to be independent. Ideal for family with kids. Nice and clean pool and a fitness area for all who need to work out. All in all a very good value for money.
