Mature atomshpere, pool and great staff
Loud BIRD outside my room
This is my second stay at Nova Park and with each visit i feel like I'm at home. Very peaceful environment and the staff are truly wonderful. This is one of Pattaya best keep secrets, but not for long. I will always choose to stay at this hotel and have no problems sharing with all my friends. Nova Park no longer a secret !
Hotel Feature Tip : The resturant adjacent to hotel is great for dining or just meeting and hanging with friends

Very cheap apartment. All the facilities are new, incredibile value for money.
You need to walk 10 minutes to reach second road or Big C supermarket
This serviced apartment hotel is incredibly cheap and convenient. The swimming pool is very nice and so all the facilities. Internet is working properly and it's decently fast. The apartment itself is very clean and new, very pleasent place to stay when outside is hot. The only thing a little bit annoying is that you have to take a motorcycle o taxy to go to second road or Big C supermarket because they are not very close.(and the sun in Thailand can be very strong)

Spacious, Mini-kitchen, Balcony, Lots of channels to watch, Mini-marts nearby with choices of food to choose from
Renovation would be nice and cleanliness needs improvement
The room is a good value for money. Lots of space to put our things around and for us to move around. It is an well-suited room for a family trip. Redocaration/renovation would be nice. Other than that, Love it...

friendly and very helpful staff. Nice and clean hotel. we where very satisfied with the room. (1 bedroom suite)
I could not find any weakness of the hotel since I just stayed one night.
The location is ok, but maybe little to far from 2:nd street in night time. we used motorcykle taxi back to the hotel. The breakfast was more then enough. We did not need to eat for a long time after, well recomend. We booked 1 bedrom suite and it is good value for the money. We like the hotel and will return next time we are in Pattaya.
Restaurant Tip : Greg's restaurant on second street. No1 If u ask us. great westernfood.

privte kicther, quite area
i like the privte kicther, you can but the thai food and try to cook yourself, or just the micro-wave food in 7-11, also they provide free wifi,
buy it must setup by their technicial cause they use the unique IP adress. IT better change to auto IP. It is easy the walk outside to get the tuktuk to the bar or reataurant.

kitchenette , nice pool , friendly staff ,
abit off the beaten path , street are narrow , need a taxi or your own transportaion . pub/resturant over priced and the food abit bland.
I have stayed at Nova Park many times , The staff has always been very helpful and friendly , the rooms are good size and equiped well . The resturant/pub has a very friendly staff , but the food is abit bland and over priced . Having a kitchen in the room makes up for that . The pool is very relaxing , quite large and very clean .
I would advise friends and family this is a good place to stay
Hotel Feature Tip : The pool is very relaxing and clean

Very obliging staff , clean room, excellent maid service , well maintained pool.Handy good quality restaurant on premises ( not overpriced with regular happy hour)
A little out of the way if you are looking for the slap and tickle belt. Needs a better taxi or baht bus access.
We originally booked for 2 nights but found the staff and apartment so acceptable we stayed for nearly a month in all.Like every new location it takes a while to find the lurks and perks. At first I found not being able to walk out into the street and hail a baht bus or taxi very inconvenient as it was a good 15 - 20 mins walk to the nearest big C shopping centre but then I found a liitle side street opposite which took about 5-7 mins to get to Soi Song ( and a little bar on the way with cold beer) ( 2 ) with buses and taxi's aplenty.
The staff from the concierge to the maintenance man were obliging and friendly , I took advantage of a special in house offer ( after booking at a great rate originally through Agoda )which included all power , water, and daily good quality maid service.
Daily newspapers were available no charge in the foyer , pool was kept clean with tidy surrounds. No problem getting cash refund of bond with a days notice required for them to have the cash on hand .
Would we stay there again ? without a doubt - good spot.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go see the Pattaya floating market - take a short stroll to Soi Song ( little bar on the way ) for easy transport access. Visit Jamesons restaurant at entrance for a good meal ( daily specials) at a reasonable price and happy hour every night.

Good location to shops and restaurants
Room size excellent and included a small kitchen
Staff were very help full and courtiesse
Pool area was quiet and private
Internet was very unreliable and very slow
Very bad water pressure in bathroom
Early morning breakfast was not available
My stay at the Nova Park Hotel in Pattaya was for a period of 1 month, where I found the hotel for a long staying person to be excellent as the room was equipped with a small kitchen, which allowed for cooking if you required.
The hotel incorporated into it an Irish Pub called Jamiesons which provided and excellent array of both Western and Thai meals, complete with many types of beer on tap.
The hotel had adequate off street parking complete with security 24 hours per day.
The pool area was small but well set out and it's location provided for the morning sun and shade in the afternoon.
The one thing I most enjoyed was talking to the staff who were all excellent and well mannered, even though they were not proficient with the English language, I especially like chatting and teasing the cleaning staff as they were always laughing and smiling and glad to chat to you, that is the thought that will most remain in my memory of my stay at the Nova Park
Nightlife Tip : I found some very good bars close to the hotel, where the band music was excellent and the drinks were not overpriced and all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Spacious rooms with small kitchen.
Nice looking pool.
Somewhat noisy (Construction, traffic, Air Condition).
Nova Park Hotel is a a bit remotely located in central Pattaya. An irish pub/restaurant and a few mini-marts are nearby. A supermarked (Big C) is located approx 10 min walking distance away. For those interested in the nightlife, there are a few bars also within 10 min from the hotel. The hotel staff is quite unprofessional and not very service-minded (the gym manager is a notable exception). The rooms are in need of a thorough cleaning. The curtains are dirty, the shower drapes covered in mold, the wall mounted part of the bed is dirty. The pool area was the hotels saving grace for me. Despite the above, I would recommend the hotel for a family or small group travelling on a budget.

As a regular Far East traveler, The Nova Park Hotel I would consider very good value for money . The rooms are clean, average decoration and serviced daily but you are not staying in a 5 star hotel . It has a very relaxed pool area with well kept gardens.Staff overall are pleasant, with 24 hour security.Bonus points must go to the Jameson Irish Pub located in the complex, that offers an oasis in a mad city. with good pub food very attentive and freindly staff, that would put some UK pubs to shame.
Perhaps not one of the best locations in Pattaya, and 20 min walk to the beach.
I would stay again and for solo travellers on a budget you could do a lot worse, local bars and entertainment with in 10 mins walking, unless you are very fit the main entertainment area of walking street would be best reached by local transport which is not a problem. Overall Good.

Price - if you book through Agoda, especially in the off-season, you should be able to get a decent room for a very cheap price.
The location is not ideal. If you want to go to the beach or Walking Street, it's a pretty long walk.
This hotel is fairly nice. The rooms are decent and clean. And there is wireless internet access included. The pool and lobby are both pretty nice. But their fitness center is pretty small and the equipment is not in the best condition. Location is not ideal. It's probably a kilometer to the beach (or more). But it is walking distance to the Big C shopping center, which is convenient. Also there is an Irish pub/restaurant on the premises, which is a plus. Bottom line: I think it's pretty good bang-for-the-buck, if you don't mind the location.

Kitchen to cook meals in was nice.
Where are we?
Poor service..
This hotel is off the beaten track. We had a scooter and had a hard time finding it when venturing out. We used a towel when cooking and it got dirty. They charged us 120 baht for the dirty towel. The views were all very poor from the rooms...construction half done. I will not return. The pool looked nice but it was too far removed form the romm we were assigned.
