Clean and modern hotel with good pools

We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to two things that were of interest to us, one of them being the seafood restaurants down on walking street and the beachside, and the other being within a 5 minute walk from the go kart track at Bali Hai pier.

situated in the heart of south pattaya the hotel is a bit of a gem. staff are really helpful and pleasant, the rooms are superb for the price and there is always plenty of car park space available. wifi is fast and always available in the rooms. highly recommended for those wanting a place to stay for either business or pleasure in the south pattaya area.

good hotel , not good room service, good location

it was good stay but i was not happy about two things;
1- the hotel never accept to make a second house keeping for the rooms or change the toels even if needed.
2- the resturant bufiet has limited and non refilled food staff.

Again another wonderful stay, this has been my 5th stay so i'm begining to feel quite at home here, service as sharp as ever relaxed and smooth operations seem to be present at all times. I would recommend this hotel, the food and drinks around the bar can get expensive however.

Lovely hotel and service with no a smile

i arived to hotel the room the room not yet ready, they give me room in 7th floor instead of first flour as i asked befor
and the promise to change the room in the next day & this not happend, at the time for leaving the hotel (16/5/2012) the electrecity cut from the hotel i had to use the stairs to bring my bags and leave the hotel.
this is the last time i will use this hotel .

Stay away from this place!

Filthy guests stay at this hotel, spit and urinate in the pools, I am have been witness to it. Poorly maintained pool area. My last stay main pool full of algae, other pool was taken over by guests with no consideration for others, loud, swimming in their dirty underwear.
Used to be a nice hotel, shame management did not maintain its level, I would never stay there again.

I have stayed here many times, Staff English soso, rooms are fine but a little worn, Internet better than it used to be. Elevator can be a nuisance. Lower floors better. Food good,
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take a lower floor in case elevator goes out+ takes too long when it works every now and then
