new - friendly staff - clean - nice pool I guess the Nova Platinum offers one of the best deals in Pattaya. new and nicely furnished rooms and a very nice pool.
Location is very close (walking distance) to the south end of walking street which is good for going out and coming back at night. A bit far from beach road for shopping, dining etc., but a songtaew is only between 50 and 70 Baht.

location and a very nice pool. the restaurant was very good too. nothing to complain about I would like to recommend this hotel for everyone.
The location was great , walking distance to walking street and many shops. The deluxe rooms was very nice and new with dvd and bigscreen tv. the pool is big enough, and the restaurant was very good indeed. We will come back to this hotel again next time we are in town. good for both singles and couples.

Good rooms, nice pool area, very good location, friendly staff, no joining charge for friend, free Wifi. It is a little bit noisy and the building only have one elevator. I like almost everything with this hotel. I have stayed in building number 2. The rooms are very good offering a small but very good bathroom with excellent shower. Of you who have been in thailand before you know that showers are not allways that good. The pool area is very good offering a bar in the pool.
Restaurant Tip : On your way to walking street stop by at the arabic block which offers many many good arabic restaurants with very reasonable prices. On the way to walking street aprox 200m from hotel there is an Indian restaurant which has a buffet between 6-11 for 189 THB which is very good. Enjoy Pattaya.

Newer property (building II) A bit away from everything 2nd stay here. Nice pool, clean rooms. Great 32in flat screen. Internet speed is not bad. 10 minute walk to Walking street and Baht bus ride to Jomtien.
Restaurant Tip : Great German bakery across the street.

Stayed in building II. Decent rooms and clean. Pool is great and the internet worked fine. Flat screen TV and a short walk to Walking Street When at the swimming pool it's noisy because of construction of Building III. Would recommend to all. Very good value

Safety lock box, away from the noise, great pool, 32" LCD TV and DVD player. price jumped when i booked an extra day. nice, clean modern hotel. great Samsung 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player in my room. I didn't spend much time there but it was a nice feature. I'm a guy so you won't hear me say this much but the bathroom was really good too. It was by far the best that I've had on this two month holiday. Much cheaper to book online.

Nice hotel. Would stay there again. Very clean, nice rooms, great staff. Great place to stay. Great location. It's the forth time that I stayed at Nova Platinum. I would definitely stay there again. Food is great. Food is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very nicely decorated and have a unique feel to them. I like the rooms very much. I am planning on staying there again when I go back. Definitely a great place. Good location.

Nice room, comfortable bed, free Internet, nice pool and excellent staff. Internet very slow, no breakfast included. Stench often in elevator and entrance to Building II where my room was. Excellent value for the price on Agoda. Good location minutes from walking street. Staff was attentive, very new hotel. Cost per night can't beat it. Internet slow and didn't work for the last 24 hours I was a guest. Pool was very nice except for the construction noise where they are building another wing.
Nightlife Tip : 10 minutes walk to Walking Street or 3 minute baht bus ride to 2nd Road and Pattaya Tai.

Friendly staff, but response time is slow, especially at night. No one came to give me toilet paper, when I desperately needed it. The design of the bathroom is not good. You can still see inside even when the door is closed. Not good for visitors. But overall ok. New, Big room. Clean and friendly staff. Everthing is nearby. Nothing, everything perfect very beautiful Hotel.We stayed in the second building, and the lobby to this building looks beautiful.The rooms are very tasteful decorated with a great bathroom.The swimming pool behind the hotel is just perfect.It has a small slide wich is good for children.
The location is perfect, close to everything.Walking street is just a 5 min walk away, and there are lots of small restaurants just around the corner.But even so close to the walking street with all the bars, the hotel is very quiet.It is "guest" friendly.
All with all a very beautiful great hotel.
I will come back next time for sure.

Clean, great swimming pool, fitness center, quiet. Some of the female hotel staff bit edgy & not as helpful. Maybe just bad day... Nova is highly recommended hotel if staying at Pattaya. Close to main Walking Street and beach but far enough to get away from daily noise of city. Very clean and rooms are super nice. Flat screen TV and spacious showers. Main criticism is the hotel staff (female only) seemed bit edgy and unaccomodating. Possibly they were having bad week. However, everyone else very friendly, pool is top notch, and great value.

very friendly staff, lovely room, great shower, good priced tours, free internet!... building works behind the swimming pool!!... Great hotel, very friendly staff from the maids to the receptionist and tourist help, they can't do enough for you. The only downside is they were building right behind the swimming pool which resulted in noise in the day time but nothing at night. The location is great, right by walking street but far enough for no noise from the bars and only a 20baht bus to the other end of pattaya. The swimming pool is lovely and clean and all towels are provided. A supermarket is also right next door. overall a great place to stay and would stay again!...I can't comment on the food as I didnt use the hotel restuarant.

To start off I loved the pricefor a room that is the equivalent of a 4 star Las Vegas hotel. Very modern room with a king size bed and a huge shower. The women that work at the front desk of both Nova Platinum 1 & 2 seem to have a real attitude problem ALL OF THE TIME. They were extremely rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions, I think they have a problem with westerners. A great modern hotel at a great price. I stayed in the Nova Platinum 2 building which was just completely redone 4 months ago. Big hotel room with a king size bed as well as a huge shower area. Overall would give this place a 4.5 out of 5. The only draw back being the attitude problem of the women working at the front desk. They have a problem with westerners for some reason.

Newish hotel with very impressive lobby - a 'red' colored theme, reflective tiling, stylish furniture - which leads straight out to the impressive pool area. Nice pool furniture with a sandy area where the sunbeds are, and a good gym.
Rooms aren't large but very tastefully decorated with high-end bathroom fittings. However, I felt the bathroom was a bit on the small size - kept hitting my big toe on the small step leading out.
The pool is nice for cooling off in but not deep and long enough for any serious swimming. Pleasant swim up bar in the pool.
Its in a good location very close to Walking St and the Pier area. I stayed for one week in this hotel. The hotel is a true four star hotel, with a great pool, good service and no joiner fees.
Rooms are clean and new, white bedsheets, flat TV and the nicest bathroom I've seen for that price.
The superior rooms only have pool view, which is not worth the extra money.
This is true for now, since the hotel is new. In 2-3 years, this might be totally different. But since the hotel is managed by Amari, there could be some hope!
