Perfect hotel for a weekend in Jomptien
Very clean and welcoming - spacious room - well appointed - highly recommended!

The hotel was easy to find and we were welcomed from the taxi by the owner. The room was spacious and very well appointed with very comfortable bed and furnishings. Everything you could need for a stay. We will stay there again!
Restaurant Tip:
Within 100meters of some very good seafood restaurants!

Big, new and clean rooms

rooms are spacious and furnishings are new. so rates are very competitive. the concierge is very helpful and understanding. we checked out 330pm at no extra charge. location though is already at the end of the beach strip of pattaya. its better if you rent a motorbike.
Restaurant Tip:
Try to eat outside the beach strip (Pattaya city proper) for best prices.

Very high C/P guesthouse

this is a very small guesthouse,only 3 guest rooms. but the roon is very clean and the space is very big, and all equipment is very good in order. the staff is kind and helpful with smiling face. i will come back again. though the parking is a problem for a self-drive visitor like me.

This is my best place in Jomtien beach and nearby, we have stayed in many hotels and it is by far the best one. Great service provided by the highly professionnal staff who will do everything for you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone from solo traveler to couples.

Huge room with very friendly staff.

we really liked the room we stayed in at this small hotel. the room was huge with a three seater sofa and two arm chairs as well as a kitchen area with sink. there was no kitchen equipment such as cups or spoons etc. the air conditioning was very good and not too noisy. the staff were very friendly and happy. the only problem was that it is right at the far end of jomtien and not all the songteo go that way, so you have to get off one and get on to another.

There is a good hotel for your holiday

Located next Jomtien Beach. It spends 10mins to go to the beach. However, the beach is not really clean in early morning.
You can get many seafood restaurants near hotel.
Hotel is clean, commodiousness. It is including one double bed, a living room, corner of kitchen, a big freezer, and a quite big bathroom.
All assistants are very nice and kindly. There is brilliant characteristic of Thai people.
To come toward the Pattaya City or Walking Street for shopping and shows, you can catch a "sỏn thẻo" (Thai language) such as tuktuk in BKK but it is bigger. There is 10 to 20Bht/person belonging to your distance (short or long)
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a good place for your holiday, relax and far from noisy. Accommodation cost is quite reasonable.

Great little boutique guesthouse!!
The owner and front desk were extremely nice.

Excellent room. Strong wifi. Very spacious. Was not expecting that much space for the price. Not crowded. Owner and front desk person were extremely nice and accommodating. Bathroom was nice. Hot water, plenty of space in shower. This hotel was recently remodeled/updated. (I think within 1-2 years). Only negative i can see for some people is that it is pretty far from the craziness of Walking Street. But I was looking for quiet. So it was perfect. Of I wanted to hit up the town, it's only approx 200 bht for a scooter. (which is pretty crazy in itself).

Beautiful Room close to beach
Located 50 metres from the beach and close to all the seafood restarunts

Located at the end of beach rd in Jomtien, if it's a quiet place you are after this is the place. The room was bed and very new. It was like a condo room not a hotel room. This room you would invite friends over for dinner and drinks it was that nice
Restaurant Tip:
100 metres from seafood restarunts, try the one with the big crab outside, good food but not expensive.

we stayed 2 nights at this nice, peaceful little guesthouse. our room was very big and clean. there is no elevator at this hotel. staff was very helpfull and friedly. guesthouse is little bit far away at jomtien if you are looking for every night nightlife. mini mart 50 meters, beach 100 m. we liked that !
