Spacious Room and friendly staffs

Location is quite ok. Walking distance to central and walking st. Staffs and friendly and answer all our enquiries. Room is tidy, clean and spacious. Price are reasonable too. The only issue is the drainage system in our bathroom ended up it was flood. Definitely will stay here again if we have the chance.

Overall , services are above the five start hotel, however , if the facilities are develop to contain levels it would be a high quality and best price hotel

the hotel's exterior is good and looks much better than all the other hotels around its price range. the location was also ideal because it's near the beach, a short distance from walking street and one street away from a couple of shopping malls.

they took some extra time to clean up our room, explaining that the hotel had been fully booked the night before. however, two hours later when we arrived at the room, there were still stains on the table and two of the pillows were soiled. my cousin and i put those pillows aside as there were two other clean pillows, as we expected them to change the pillows the next day. they did not. when we came back, we discovered that the exact same two dirty pillows had simply been rearranged back onto the bed. equally disappointing was the breakfast. when i read the reviews here i expected a fantastic spread because so many people praised it. the variety was actually very limited. there are much nicer things on their menu which you have to pay extra for. it's a value for money hotel but it's not the greatest thing ever. there are equally decent hotels in the same district that may cost a bit more, and i suspect they'd have well-polished tables and fresh pillows every day. room size is standard.

We got a free upgrade to a better room. The hotel is near Central Festival and a night market (about 5 min walk). We did not buy much stuffs though because we wanted to shop in Bangkok. It's a very relaxing stay. They had a swimming pool at the rooftop which is nice to swim in at night when there's no one around. Not fantastic view but it's alright. It's very near the beach too though the beach is not very pretty and we didn't spend much time there. On the last day we had to make our own way to Bangkok and we asked for directions to the bus terminal, the staff gave us a map and travel directions (including an estimate of how much to pay the tuk-tuk). They were really kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice, the decorations were nice. All in all, it was a fantastic place to stay in.

Soi 10 is the perfect location in town for me. It is near enough to all nightlife places, but the soi itself is pretty quiet meaning you can get a good night's rest. I booked the studio deluxe, and the room was very big, especially the huge bathroom. Free wi-fi worked fine. Nice pool on the roof. Good staff. Will stay again.

great location and warm friendly staff, cannot comment about the food as did not take the included breakfast , day staff very friendly and efficient , night staff very helpful, telephone in room could only use to call in house but i had my mobile so no problems

Great Location but Cheap Breakfast

Location is great - 5 minute walk to the beach road. Take the studio rooms if want quiet and peace given the hotel is near a number of discos and pubs. Breakfast was hideous for the room price paid. I wasn't served any coffee throughout my 4 day stay. No tissues in room and the closet/cabinet is placed inside the toilet.
Shopping Tip:
800 or so meters from Central Festival and 300 or so meters to Mike Shopping Mall!
