i am returnig on feb 14 for another five days. staff and manager very helpful. they printed all ò my paperwork for travel and stored my extra luggage.i will return here as i return to pattaya from my travels.

Overpriced compared to others in better location

they did upgrade me. i wanted to love this hotel but i didn't. the room wasn't super clean (lots of dust, prints on the wall, etc). funky decor and a new hotel but it was rather dark and located at the far end of the block just far enough to be a long walk to the beach road. the staff was great, but there was just no vibe to the hotel. also no balcony furniture. what's the point of a balcony if you can't sit and relax on it. nice pool area

Restaurant Tip:
Second road is the place to find a nice sea food restaurant

road works directly outside the entrance. need to walk on sandy path.

Modern hotel but a bit noisy on the lower floors
Close to new Central Mall; great pool

overall not a bad choice. it's a short walk to the awesome new central mall. however be aware of the following:
- hotel is closer to second road, so a bit of a walk to beach
- gym has little ventilation and cigarette smoke from pool area will intrude
- no clothes line in bathroom so not great if you do your own laundry
Hotel Feature Tip:
- Soi 10 road surface was being repaved during my stay; should be finished mid to late Feb 2012 according to mgmt. In the meantime, getting in/out of hotel can be tricky!
- Try to stay on an upper floor; otherwise the noise may be a bit much from the bars

amazing place, very convinience to anywhere, nearby central festival shopping centre, but the hotel outside area is already destroy, some of the project is building, made it look like a beach, overrall it's quite good that i will come back again...

A great reliable hotel, modern and stylish

located at teh heart of bars and restauants but still cosy adn reasonably quiet.
request a room at the back to avoid any noise from the neighbouring bar.
a great breakfast, served untilla later time suiting a late night.
the rooms are modern and large, with nice balconies and facilities. on our first stay we had a lovely bath room - double headed shower, but on our second stay in a front room, it was a shower over a bath - so definately go for a back room.
the roof taop bar and pool is awesome - offereing lovely snack and drinks in a really great atmosphere and setting

Try Hopf beer house for azing food and home brewed beer

Excellent location of the hotel, walking distance to every shopping center and restaurant. However, couldn't reach the hotel directly. Moreover, several pub near the hotel, it was quite noisy during the night.

But now the road front of the hotel soi 10 is constructing. I know it is doing more than three month. I regard this hotel as pitiful.
