Great location to the beach and the mall

very nice location to the beach and the mall. the first night we stayed in a room facing a bar, which was very noisy. we could not sleep untill the music stopped at 2 am. luckily, after we complaint they moved us to the opposite room. make sure to get a room facing the mall which is so much quiter.
one last thing, once entered the room, check the mini bar. as we didn't do it and were charged for a bottle water none of us consumed on check out.

It's not as good as you think

have to make a disclaimer. i read the reviews here before making the booking, and regretted big times of trusting the review. so please decide whether you would trust mine too. haha
from what i've read, i thought this hotel is a service-oriented, friendly, convenient, charming nice boutique hotel. maybe it was. guess business is so good that the staff have been trained to scare people away. besides one gentleman at the lobby, i cannot feel that 'service' is what this hotel is selling. from checked-in to checked-out, none of the staff at the reception managed to smile. they simply ignored you. what's worse is charging me the shampoo price when i didn't even use it.
i usually bring my own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc when i travel. this hotel manages to supply you with 'recycle' shampoo (ie a big bottle in tha bathroom for u to use). on my last day i got an invoice of 100 baht for breaking their shampoo bottle and hence it was leaking. those bottles have been leaving on the rack since i moved into the room, without me even touching it. anyway since it is only 100 baht i couldn't be bothered to argue. so for those who don't want to break anything? maybe you should put those bottles in the safe to avoid being charged.
another comment is that the room is very noisy (mine was facing the alley) as there is a very loud singing bar next to the hotel.
one more thing (or question) is that: what is the point of having a master switch next to the bed if that switch cannot control the lights at the entrance, mini bar, doorway, desk.....

I loved the people who worked here, they were so friendly and made the stay so much better. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a good spot, middle of everything. It did tend to get a bit noisy some nights though
Nightlife Tip:
the beer bars at the corner of 2nd road and soi 10 are so close to the hotel its a good idea to get a beer or two at the start of the night here or at the end...or both!

I booked one night and I was there early in the morning around 9am. I was able to check in early as soon as we arrived (supposed to check in @ 2pm). That left me a really good impression because a lot of hotels won't allow that in my experience. Room is great but avoid the bar side unless you like the bar music till 2am. Breakfast was mini buffet style and provided enough selections. The hotel is well located as well. Pattaya beach is about 100 meters and 10-15 mins to the walking street! Overall, the hotel is great and i would recommend to others~

all ways like the stay at page 10 great spot close to all pattaya has to offer. staff are what i return for, door dudes are super friendly 1 desk girl was super friendly but the other desk girl i think sucked lemons. the bars nearby can sometimes be a little noisy so i usually go down and join them.

stayed there for 1 night only and traveled with my wife and 1 children (3 years old). had pleasant stay and hotel is located near shopping mall, 7eleven, and major street.
the only disappointment is the noisy sound from performance in the bar near the hotel which they kept singing up until 1 am. hotel were not soundproof enough that caused my daughter kept awaken due to the noise.
in overall, we are quite satisfied with service of this hotel and willing to come here again

Have stayed at this hotel many times and will always stay this hotel when in Pattaya. Hotel has easy access to all areas of Pattaya by public transport and by walking. Close to entertainment and shopping but quiet at night.
Shopping Tip:
Close to markets and can walk to Central shopping plaza.
