One of the better budget Hotels in Pattaya near to all the bars and nightlife but not too noisy. Staff very helpful, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the Soi Buakaow area

Nice Hotel, Busy Location

On arrival I was told they had double booked my room for the first night and would have to pay to be upgraded to another room and then move the next day. When I refused the man on reception got very aggressive and angry.When I did not back down he told me to shut up as he was just trying to solve the problem.He then instructed me to follow him to my room and did not bother to take any of my details or copy my passport.This man continued to have an attitude towards me for the rest of my stay.

This place was really nice, no real complaints for the price. The rooms are really clean and have nice Japanese style decor. The layout and size is good too. The bed is comfortable and everything worked for the most part. The only thing to mention is that the air conditioner leaked water out the front and about mid way through my stay they had to come in and maintenance it. But, it leaked so bad, it created a river that extended from the bedroom all the way into the toilet drain. No big problem other than it soaked my shoe, which was laying on it's side, before I realized it. Fortunately, I had my bags on the other side of the room. After the maintenance, no more leaking. The only other note would be it takes forever for the water to get hot and never really got as hot as I like for a decent shower. The hot water seems to work better during non-peak hours. So, I would guess they just don't have a large enough hot water tank. The staff was real nice and friendly, joking a lot, and the cleaning crew was real eager to help or get things. This is just a basic hotel though, so no extras, hence my 3 star food and features rating. Anyway, I would recommend this place. It was an overall nice stay.
