good service...n clean and near to the sea It was a great experience with Pattaya central hotel. it was near to the beach and night life. howtel was quite clean n even good services has been provided by them. The view from hotel was realy very good and all the staff was available for help. even the brkfst was good but they are very perticular about the brkfast timing.

nothing except big old lobby area. I was disappointed with this hotel, is very large and off the beach but very old and very crowded, the noise from other rooms can be heard in your room, most of the guests seems to be there by tour companies and not picked the hotel by choice. I would never go back to this hotel, the floor i was on was very noisy and could hear people talking or walking in the hallway, all day and night long.

Good location. Spacious rooms (Superior) Unpleasant staff at the reception Centrally located, very close to all actions. Close to the walking street. But staff at the reception are to be trained to be pleasant and polite. To do the same with the restaurant staff also. You will get lot of go-go bars and in the beach road which are very close to the hotel.

Horrible Hotel...Horrible Service....
I was more than willing to take the loss to get out of this nightmare of a Hotel. Very old..smelly..misrable staff..creepy looking people lurking around.

A couple of minutes to the beach, to the walking street. Some noise from people chatting in the hallway, from the room above. I would say the cost performance is ok if you are looking for a middle ranged hotel upfront the beach. The only thing i didn't like was the door that is not soundproof to the hallway.

Good location, great glass lift gives excellent beach views. Reception area set up a bit strange - but this is a minor point. This is an up market hotel in a great, convenient location right on Pattaya beach, close enough to everything, transport outside the door, but be sure to book all the time you want there through agoda as the walk in rack prices are double or more if you want to extend. Also it is not wheelchair friendly as there is a large staircase to climb before you reach the lifts.

Very good location. Across the street from the beach. Very large rooms. Sometimes it is a bit noisy at night when party goers return to the hotel late at night. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Its location is great, across the street from the beach and with shopping centers and restaurants within easy walking distance. They have a very good buffet breakfast, with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large. The bathroom showed a little wear. There was some renovation on the 13th floor, but I didn't notice any noise on the 11th floor. Be sure to get a room on the upper floors so that you will have a view of the beach.
They had assigned to me a room on the 6th floor, but all I saw were the sides of buildings, so I asked for an 11th floor room with a beach view. They switched the room without any problem or additional charge. On my next visit to Pattaya, this will be my choice of hotel again.
Hotel Feature Tip : When you first see your room and don't like it, immediately return to Reception and try to make a change.

Clean, friendly staff and close to skytrain and BKK center Some parts of hotel are very warn out. Hotel can be hard to find We had a pleasant night at First house hotel. But the hotel itself was not very easy to find, no big signs or anything, and even the taxidrivers could not find the hotel. So be sure to print out some maps of the hotel location

The place is not in a good condition and the reception is totally unfriendly. The hotel needs lots of improvement. The atmosphere is filled with an unclean scent, room is furnished with old furniture. Especially, the receptionist and the manager with their unprofessional manners require much training.

loved the pool and terrace. did not speak much English. I thought the hotel was very well situated - not too close to the hectic Walking Street but very nice and central and not far from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately could speak very little English which made it difficult at times. The food and drink were very reasonable and good quality.
Nightlife Tip : It was good to experience Walking Street but some people would find it an eye opener!!!

room is small, bathroom is not clean, towel has torn. The Pattaya centre hotel is a good hotel for staying Pattaya. All room has a good sea view, however you may mind neighboring buildings in your sight when you would use a room bellow 12th or 13th. Furthermore pool on 3rd floor also has excellent see view sight, but chairs on poolside do not have a beach parasol. Any way, this hotel has good sea view system. However I think that a standard room is small and bathroom is not so clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Pattaya beach.

Great views of Pattaya bay and city. Friendly staff. Large spacious rooms. Needs renovation, had mold on ceilings in hallways and room. Bathrooms small and shower in bathtub awkward. Hot water limited. Television very old and station reception was poor. Mandatory "Gala Christmas Buffet" was very poor as food was cold and variety very limited. I have stayed at the Pattaya Centre Hotel many times in the past few years and find that I make compromises in making my decision. The hotel has a great location and is usually reasonably priced. The rooms are large and have great views. The compromise you make for this however is that the hotel is old and in many ways looks and acts the part. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful but the overall look and feel of the hotel is old and rundown. This does not mean I would not stay there again, it means I will always try to find another hotel in the same price range that would better serve my needs.
Nightlife Tip : There is no place better than Pattaya for exciting nightlife.

Location, view, breakfast, staff attentive Smack bang on Beach rd right next door to Mikes Mall (easy landmark for pickup. Great view out to sea and along the coast if you have seaside room - and one up a few floors.
disappointed to see 2 single beds in a room not touted as such. Shower head was pretty low for me and pressure not great. Small points really..
Breakfast was good and had some variety. Lobby area nice to relax in. This place has the air of a once luxury hotel but with most in the area is needing a little tlc to bring it back to its glory. not much - just a little... Was only there for for a little over 12 hours so no idea of other facilites. Get a good rate and stay here.
