Spot on View with great service from receptionists
the view was breath taking, the room was clean and big enough, receptionists can speak english, Mr. Nat was a great help for the tours, Breakfast was yummy with wide variety of options

there are a lot to see in patttaya was a great help for tourists to go to places. he was very accommodating and sure knows about customer service. the hotel receptionists are very friendly and knows english so we can converse well. the breakfast has wide variety of options. the view as i said, was spot on. the only 2 things that i have concern is that first, the towels are not so white as they should be. second, there are certain staff during breakfast who cleaned up my husband's plate while i was still eating. i find that discourteous. overall, our stay was fantastic.

the hotel is located in best location in pattaya, nice view and close to shopping center.
swimming pool is clean, but there a lot of tourist.if you want a place which is convenience. i would recommend this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is very close to Royal Garden and Central Plaza.

this is very clean hotel located in best location in pattaya, from th hotel you can go strait to the beach or go shopping in many shopping plaza./ or at night there a lot of nigh clubs and many types of bars where you will never forget it.
Nightlife Tip:
just go out and try some place, you will find it.

I didn't like pattaya at all,but my customer brought me there and I have to underline that this hotel is a moment of relax in very messy place,an oasis in the desert.The hotel is very central with an amzing sea view.You have to be careful,because not all the rooms are on that side....really less attractive but it worth

Excellent locations close to everything

We had group of 9 staying in 4 rooms, service was good.
We satyed were all upgraded to deluxe rooms, there was problem in one room so they moved us to pool side villa "yahoo"
Location is great easy to walk to everywhere.
Nice pool area to relax around after a days running around.
Would stay there again if visiting Krabi again in future pool side villa is great.
