Very nice view hotel!!!
the seaview was so great, love the balcony

the location is great, although it still needs around 10-15mins to walk to central festival, but it's still ok to walk alone the beach!!!the balcony view was really awesome.
however,they gave me a room with two bed while i booked the room with one big bed, and the staff tried not to do any thing when i called them and just told me that all rooms were occupied...

Nightlife Tip:
A little bit down market in some areas but there are bars and restaurants that are honest and friendly. Just use common sense and if it doesn't feel right then move on.

we really liked this hotel. the rooms are great, we got seaview room with beatiful overview of sea facing "pattaya city" sign on the hill. the best thing of all is the pricing and location. you can hardly find another hotel with such quality rooms on beach road for this money. all in all, we really enjoyed our stay and think we'll stay there again.
Nightlife Tip:
Soi 6, which is next door, has plenty of bars. beware of pickpocketing as I almost lost my cellphone to one of the very "aggrasive" bargirls.

Only complaint is that the hotel would not provide me with another key because when I booked my room it was a single room and then my son decided to come along. It would have been nice that I would not have had to get up and let him in when he was out..

Comfortable but dated hotel

This hotel looks as though it peaked around 1992. It has all the comforts and amenities including very helpful staff, but feels a bit of a tourist assembly line. There are much more tasteful options available for the money.
