Top location- top value for money
Great sea views; pool and located next to the 24 hour xxx action in Soi 6

If you want a place to relax in a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff away from the madness of Walking street, but only 5 minutes to walking street and 1 minute to Soi 1 and 30 second to the action on the beach, then you must stay here.
Great buffet breakfast and seaside dining as well.
Heaven on earth is all at your doorstep.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking street and soi 6 await you. Great spa at the end of soi 6 on second road, sauan and steam room; 250 bhat all day use.

just one word: Excellent: excellent hotel offering a wonderful beachfront location, calm, comfortable room, very good breakfast we will return there! location close to shopping, fun, discovery of the phuket area, a place to be recommended to people aiming at confort at a reasonable price; the restaurant also is very good we took a buffet showing a broad offer of local dishes and were also entertained by local dancers and musicians.

Good hotel, with a push

This hotel is fairly new and is generally a pleasant place to stay. I have stayed there 4 times now so obviously I thought it was Ok. However, on the last two occasions mold, cleanliness, and resulting smell and health issues have force special room cleaning requests / room change.
The staff did make an effort to address matters once they were made aware of the situation.
I go on holidays to improve my health, not to become sick. On future visits to Pattaya I will be going back to my previous favorite hotel located nearby. It's older, but its always clean.

the room is big and comfort, the service is also very good, it is ok in general and worthy of its price. if it can improve its breakfast and provide buffit to guests, it will be excellent, i think i will stay in it next time when i am in bangkok.

I fell in love in this hotel. Service was really nice and personal, location was good. "Party street" next to the hotel might be offensive to some people, but this is Pattaya.
