The hotel was nice to stay, the bed is big and comfortable, toilet have both shower and bath tub. The swimming pool is not deep good for young children, also have slider my children very like it.

For me the hotel was ideal in all respects.
I have stayed in a few hotels in Pattaya and this was the best.
They don't charge extra for bringing a guest.I booked a room for two any way.I will definately be staying there again.
Travel tip:
Save 1750 Baht and catch the bus from the airport and catch a taxi to the hotel. The a/c bus doesn't stop anywhere and takes tha same time as the taxi.

Overall we have no complaints about the property and service and it was value for money. Its location was close to restaurants and shopping as well as to an easy access to trips to the islands.

the location of the hotel is great which next to the beach and the traffic is convenient , I can go to walking street on foot for about 20mins.
and the services is great , ppl are helpful and nice.
the room is big and clean.
i will choose this hotel again if i go to pattaya.

The pool area as very comfortable. The beer at the pool was very good value for money because it was a draft, very good beer and you get a second order free. Nice gym area. Hotel is very close to nightlife areas and bars. Not very close to Walking street but then you just jump on a open taxi and in a few minutes you are there.
Nightlife Tip:
Although not close to Walking street there are many open bars close to the hotel - 5min walk; very easy to find. Just walk east or in oposite direction than the beach and first road you turn left... just keep on walking, they are all over the place

View of ocean and balcony were lovely.Breakfast was good.staff helpful.taxi coordinator very helpful and went out of his way..

Wonderful sea views from room made it very restful.Easy to catch Tuk Tuk into city and out to Jomtien.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free internet and fast speed with printer was a real surprise
Recommend Pongs cafe in Jomtien -hidden behind first main corner and Baywatch in Pattaya.Prawns best from wharf directly.
First massage place around corner from Pongs in Jomtien excellent.
Nails good in Royal Garden Plaza

Nice Hotel, nice location, nice seaview, nice room and nice swimming pool. It is very clean and comfortable. Even staying in the room is very relaxing. The experience in this hotel is good but the experience in Pattaya is no good, the people in people in pattaya is no good, they always think you are a fool and charge you a higher price.

Ridiculous conditions

Stayed three times at this place. Takes a while to figure out what they are on about. 1st trip back from pool at 1630 hours asked housekeeping for extra towels & to clean bathroom. Went out came back late at night towels not delivered bathroom not cleaned. Next TRIP 1 week later booked with request for EXTRA TOWELS. Mentioned it again at check in they just laughed. Later when I complained, I was told pay Bath 100 extra each towel. House keeping said they cant clean bathroom after shower because they clean bathroom once a day. My experience says charge US$ 20 or US$ 40 extra at room rate at booking but the conditions as they are are silly and irritating.

Nice hotel on the beach
Nice hotel, good value deluxe seaview room, relatively quiet location, friendly, efficient service, good breakfast. Beautiful pool.

The hotel is a well-kept, attractive somewhat older building in North Pattaya, away from the action, and set back a bit from the beach. I had a deluxe seaview room which was very good value, nicely furnished, and with an attractive bathroom. The sweeping view of the bay and big balcony were big attractions. Breakfast was fine. Service was as expected, friendly and quietly efficient. The complimentary wifi internet worked well. The swimming pool was especially nice, because in this season swimming in the sea was not very refreshing. The weekend I was there, a huge steet market was being held to benefit the merchants affected by the protests and ensuing violence and arson in May 2010 in Bangkok. This involved an outdoor stage somewhere nearby with top volume haranguing of the crowd and musical entertainment. It's certainly no fault of the hotel, but you should know that a location right on Beach Road can get pretty loud if this kind of thing is going on.
