Nice and very quiet hotel!

The staff was very friendly. Room standard very good. Very quiet in the night. Good bed and good bathroom. Cozy place with restaurants and bars nearby. Nothing to complain about.

My friend and I had a quick stay because we drove down from the Northeast of Thailand, the price and location is the best choice. I like the Royal hill, The hotel is a bit smaller than I thought and no carpark (you can park in front of the hotel though) but I still like the room and location and the price

First of all the staff and the owners are excellent and very
nice people.Second thing the room where ok but water was leaking in one of them
Third thing the mosquito,s ooh man i have never been bitten so
much before.Fourth the wiew was building constructions .Pattaya is crowing fast.Overall the minor negative things it's nice little hotel with wonderfull people working there.Thank you, i'll be back.

It was not really what I hoped for

I booked here because I liked the idea of a strategic location halfway between Jomtien and PTY Central. I knew this Hotel was inside a small Soi so I hoped it would be quiet and no problems with parking my car. But the Soi turned out to be some kind of a busy thoroughfare leading to a residential area with plenty of cars, Motorbikes and particularly heavy trucks passing every minute, as there is a lot of construction work (new Condos being built) going on. And no dedicated parking space available for my car ! Had to park just in front of the hotel in that narrow Soi, and I was very worried that a truck or Motorbike would hit my car and damage it. Upon check-in, I was "upgraded" (such said the friendly Front-desk-Lady), but the upgrade could only refer to the room size, but certainly not to the mostly run-down and nasty looking furniture, a missmatching collection that looked like it came straight from a furniture-junkyard. the wardrobe and the dressing-table looked particularly disgusting and obviously had experienced a water-damage / flooding recently (maybe even with mold on it which was removed in a rough'n'ready way?). there was an ancient cheapo-armchair with an upholstery multiply bursted. really nasty. the old grubby turquoise-coloured blanket on the bed didnt look inviting either. Needless to say, I was not happy with the place, despite the WiFi working properly. Oh, and the "Swimming Pool" has rather the size of a bathtub. Luckily had booked only one night and then moved a few meters down the road the next day, where I got a lovely and well-maintained room for exactly the same money.

Pattaya Garden Apartments is a small hotel located off the main road from Pattaya to Jomtien. The swimming pool is the size of a Jacuzzi, and there really is no garden but it is not too far from Pattaya Park, which has pools, water slides and amusement rides that young children would enjoy.

Pattaya Garden Apartments is one of those small hotels where you can personally meet the owner. Pattaya Garden Apartments in on Pratumnak Hill between Pattaya and Jomtien, about 50 yards from the main road traveled by baht buses.

Pattaya Garden Apartments is a quiet little hotel off the main road from Pattaya to Jomtien. We were attracted to this hotel because it offers two bedroom units. When you are traveling with children it gives you a measure of privacy. The price was quite reasonable and the staff gave service with a smile.

Very nice hotel at Soi Norway Thappraya Road - it is easy to go Jomtien or other places in Pattaya. Room is not so big but clean and no noisy. Staff are very friendly. Hotel has small swimming pool and bar at 1st floor. Next time I will try to book bigger room

pattaya garden apartments is the kind of venue that will be hardly remembered by backpackers yet could be a great place to be for families.
the room was fully serviced (kitchenette included).
location was about ok, just in the middle between pattaya and jomtien.
staff was correct and services like wifi worked properly.

situated on hill between pattaya a jomtien, in small lane close main route shared taxi, approximately 2 km from walking street. next to hotel is restaurant and laundry for reasonable price. room is clean, daily changing bed linen and towels, big and nice bathroom. friendly and helpfull staff. hotel is guest friendly, shared taxi to ws 10 bath, to 2nd road bath / route.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From pier at the end of Walking street you can visit Koh Larn island. Boat sails mostly after full, approximately every 2 hours. Boat 30 bath / route, taxi to beach 30 bath/ route, beaches 50 - 100 bath / person.
