gaps in door for mosquitos, old lady on reception excellent but younger ones a bit complacent
on entering the hotel was very friendly with good reception from the porters and older lady later the young receptionists were a bit obtrusive and rude the breakfast was great would reccomend the noodle soup the taxi service outside were friendly and great value for money. the rooms were great value for the money but beware the gaps in the front door were mosquitos can get in

The rooms were basic and the beds were uncomfortable. The location is ok, not too far from the beach and not too noisy (which is a notable achievement in Pattaya). The swimming pool in the common central area is the only notable thing about the hotel. If you wish to sit by the pool all day then this may be the place to go.
