the pool is good,the location is good,hotel has an old thai man(taxi driver)who sits outside,he's a real character and is cheap,breakfasts good,staff are friendly they need to keep on top of the maintenance of building,need new towels,sheets and throws,bathrooms need updating,beds need renewing and the security need to police the pool area of a night more Hotel good location, friendly staff good rates,good taxi service but they really need to keep on top of the maintenace of building,and start renewing things such as towels,sheets and beds as and when needed,the pool is good but late at night some people decide to have a swim and this can be noisey

good location, cheap rates,friendly staff, good pool close to restuarants and not to far from shopping and night life, good taxi service outside hotel badly let down by maintenace of building, sheets, towels,beds the hotel is cheap,good location staff friendly and nice pool but they need to keep up with the maintenace of the building and rooms, towels need renewing,as do sheets and beds, at as if theyve got no money to renew the essential things such as sheets and towels, good taxi service outside and it does have everything to hand:seven eleven shop restuarants and bars.

gaps in door for mosquitos, old lady on reception excellent but younger ones a bit complacent on entering the hotel was very friendly with good reception from the porters and older lady later the young receptionists were a bit obtrusive and rude the breakfast was great would reccomend the noodle soup the taxi service outside were friendly and great value for money. the rooms were great value for the money but beware the gaps in the front door were mosquitos can get in

The rooms were basic and the beds were uncomfortable. The location is ok, not too far from the beach and not too noisy (which is a notable achievement in Pattaya). The swimming pool in the common central area is the only notable thing about the hotel. If you wish to sit by the pool all day then this may be the place to go.

Personnel, generally very firendly and helpful. Quiet garden. Front desc, personnel is poor in terms of language. Not easy for communication and requests. The hotel is located in a nice area, and placed within a wunderful garden with two swimming pools. Here you are really away from the busy beach area and nightlife. However, if you wish all these can easely be reached by taxi or even by walking. The villa rooms are nice and quiet, although they could be bettre equipped. As non-smoker I was affected by the smoke from the neighbor room. But, overall I did have a pleasent and good stay for three weeks. The beach can be reached within walking distance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sanctuary of truth, a wonderful place with a wooden hand carved temple under costruction for more than 28 years. Guides give valuable information and explanation of the story and background to the interesting elements.

The hotel is located near a number of bars/restaurants.
The hotel has a large swimming pool.
The bungalows are set in nice surroundings. The hotel is old and in need of a face lift.
Many of the rooms only have single beds.
The hotel staff are not very helpful.
It caters largely for tour parties rather than individual travelers. I booked a double room at the hotel but was told on check in that they claimed to have no double beds. The receptionists were not very helpful and I was resigned to accepting the single room, which was of a fairly low standard. I mentioned it to Agaoda however and they were excellent in dealing with the hotel who suddenly 'found' a room with a double bed". This was in one of the bungalows in the grounds which was better than the main block. I would recommend the bungalow but avoid the main block even at the advertised price.

The bungalows were in a nice garden location with a quiet swimming pool. The room was "tired" and not as good as other places I have stayed. Stayed for two nights and a fairly average room. The bungalows were in a nice garden location with a quiet swimming pool. The staff were friendly and it is a good location for getting a songteaw to walking street. Easy to get to most places in North Pattaya and is a short walk to the disco Star Dice and 7-11. I didn't try the food so can't comment on that.

During the off season there are only a few of the villa's rented out and the rest of the hotel is fairly quiet.

not so busy area, staff friendly, shops to hand, dirty rooms, dirty stairs and walkways, not enough poolside chairs etc the hotel is in a good location not to close to all the madness in bars but not too far if thats what you want, it is fairly cheap but dont expect the ritz, plumbing is bad, baths dirty and showers are not always hot, its ok for the odd night

This hotel may not be the cutting edge hotel in the area, but it definitely is worth the money you are paying for. It is relatively far away from the central area of Pattaya, but its not all that difficult to get around. The staffs need to learn some English.
Nightlife Tip : walking street is just 10minutes ride on the motorcycle from the hotel.

location spot on, cheap cost not the ritz, sheets not clean, rooms stink, noisey inside and out due to nightclub situated not to far from hotel The hotel is a good location, not to far from hustle and bustle of night life, it is quite cheap but dont expect the ritz, its ok for a gang of lads on a lads holiday but i would not recommend it to families, its not to clean, sheets dirty and bathrooms old and in need of some repairs, showers not always hot, breakfast not to good, stick to fried eggs and toast, cutlery old and damaged
Restaurant Tip : there is a german restaurant to the right of the complex entrance, great food
