Good hotel staff effiecient & helpfull

I stayed with my son in seperate rooms which were big and spacious.We hired motorcycles from the hotel which is a good selling concept of the hotel. If yo walk down to the beach its a good 15minutes walk ,for some its ideal for others it may be located a bit far from the central night life stuff i.e walking street .Overhaul we had a great stay & will stay at this hotel again on my next trip
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel does not have a lift which could be a minus for the older if your romm is on the 3rd floor . Hotel is difficult to locate and to improve this a clear map of the hotel is highly recommened as most taxi drivers from the airport are unaware of the location

Adequate rooms in a good location but a bit noisy

the penthouse is a penthouse in a 3 star hotel so itwas not palacious but it had a microwave, large fridge and adequate hot water. the attached large rooftop balcony was a great place to relax. the penthouse is on the 5th floor so there is still a fair amount of traffic noise. be aware that you must walk up to the 5th floor as there is no elevator

I stayed at the hotel for the second time now, and just feel like "I've got friends" here in Pattaya. The staff is very lovely, they are more than willing to help,
The owner is here 20 hours every day making sure everything works great. Really friendly and helpful guy in all regards.
I loved the breakfast, they serve and cook on your demand as much as you like. I recommended renting a motorbike to better getting around the city,
Everything in the room is brand new, Bathroom is big enough to fit 3 people.
Rooms are very clean and well furnished.
Location is also not bad, as its away from all the noise, yet close enough to all the action.
Inhouse food is great and rather cheap compared to other hotels and restaurants in the area.
Mini Bar prices are definitely the cheapest i ever seen in the hotel.
Loved the price of tea, for 30 baht you get a pot of tea instead of a cup
Restaurant Tip:
Try the inhouse Thai dishes, always delicious

Fair hotel with every service charge

The reception officer didn't show they are really care about customer service, even asking for informtion about trip to airport is charge hourly rate and they are not proactive and render any help either. The room floor is oily and safety precaution is not in place.

cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. recent renovations done in october 2010 make it a comfortable stay. in a quiet area, but still within easy distance to walking street, and other attractions. 7/11 only 30 meters away with an atm. also nice restaurant in house. for those wanting inexpensive hair cuts, there is a hair styling school just across the road, beside the dental clinic that offers free hair cuts! hotel staff pointed this out to me when i was asking where to get my hair cut. transportation is easy with the song taews (baht buses).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request a room on the lower floor as there are no lifts (elevators). Wifi signal strength is good - just get the password from reception.

Dangerous location , grumpy owner

arrived here about 9;30pm, there was nobody to help with our heavy bags and no elevator,though there was a sign saying there was a charge for taking customers luggage upstairs,the resteraunt was also closed from 6pm so we had to go out to find some food at 11pm.the bathroom is tiny,my wife had several electric shocks from the microwave,the bedsprings werte broken at the base and one side if the bed,the hotel is situated near a very busy road junction,a pot of tea is served with one very weak tea bag,i never saw the owner smileand he then accused us of loosing the back off the air con remote control............dont stay here !
