The swimming pool is really nic, the mall linked to the hotel is nice as well and has a variety of shops.
Hotel has easy access points and good security as well.
Rooms are small, and toilets are very tight and small.
Tv is old, hotel isn't very clean and the service is very slow.
Room view was just horrible, overlooking leaking pipes with funges all around

The restaurant and Swimming is the best one in pattaya. Esp the swimming pool, you can feel that you are inside the forrest
the hotel is under renovation and the construction sound is really annoying
the is a 5 stars hotel and you will enjoy the services if you stay there. However, the hotel need major renovation since I think it is a bit old comparing with other 5 stars hotel in Thailand. the restroom is too small and I am very comfortable to take shower there.
The spa is good there because you can do massage inside the garden which make you feel relax.
The best selling point is the service they provide it to you. it is one of the best in the hotel industry.

Friendly and attentive staff.
Hotel grounds well landscaped and relaxing, pool side facilities of a high quality.
Food in restaurants and pool side fresh and well prepared and good value.
Rooms are pleasant but becoming a little tired, urgent need of a face lift.
Although i only stayed 4 nights at the Marriot in Pataya the overall quality of the Hotel was very good. The meet and greet at reception made a new quest feel welcome with none of the lengthy tedious check in sometimes experienced.
Part of my holiday was to play golf the concierge briefed me about the local courses made recommendations and booked tee times and transport on my behalf.
As stated above the hotel facilities were very good, the grounds were superb and there was a varied selection of restaurants and food the Thai food being superb.
Once the refurbishment of rooms is complete this will improve the overall experience at the hotel.
I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Nightlife Tip : KC Kitchen (Jazz Pit) is an excellant place to eat or drink in a relaxed atmosphere and live jazz.
