The Pattaya beach is way under my expectation, however I found the hotel swimming pool a good place for relaxing. It's deep enough, 3 meters, that you won't feel like in a tub. The talking parrots also made lots of fun!

Although the hotel is alone in beach road, it's quite hard to find it. The overall hotel inner environment is romantic with garden and swimming pool.
However, we are not satisfied with breaky. Food choices are limited and avaliable seats are limited as well which not worth of money.
Spa & massage packages are over average price.
But service is sweet. The date we checked in was my friend's birthday. When we returned the hotel after enjoying the night life, a lovely birthday cake was prepared in room.

Only for one night, receptionist Rittya was very courteous and beautiful. All the staff was helpful. Nice breakfast.

We booked package 3 nite (3 for 2) Your page of booking said "no breakfast on free night", meaning no breakfast on 3rd nite. On check in, the reception rejected all breakfast acclaiming it's mistake from AGODA and ones to be sorry are guests and hotel. The hotel said, it's not the first time complaint. Luckily, we'd met the GM understanding the situation and arrange the breakfast as advertised. I'd rather suggest AGODA to mention this clearly i/o being tricky to the hotel or guests. Overall, we always like this green tropical hotel locating among concrete surroundings.
Restaurant Tip:
Mor Mar Seafood, Sukhumvit Soi 14 ... excelllent local seafood restaurant

Hotel is based in a good location. I went for a buck’s party in April 2012 and there were 8 people in our group. We stayed in the standard deluxe room which faces the garden and pool, you won’t able to see much from the small balcony due to the coconut trees. The hotel bathroom needs renovating as it seems to be aging. The Wi-Fi in my room internet was good however they could have made it cheaper if not free. There is free Wi-Fi downstairs. Some people from my group. They have to attend compulsory English lessons every month. By the way the pool is absolutely amazing, big deep, kids pool with a slide and an in pool bar.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast is a little expensive. Don’t get me wrong they have an awesome buffet but if you want to save some money you can go down to the Coffee Club which is very close and located in Royal Garden as soon as you walk in on your right hand side and they serve breakfast all day.

5 minutes by foot to famous 'walking street' night club area. hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. wonderful staff who are constantly greeting you. beautiful, spacious lobby. our room was good and had a clear view of the gulf of thailand. would definitely stay here again.
