Best deal in Pattaya
Ideal location, clean, comfortable and secure.

Whatever your reason for coming to Pattaya, if you are looking for a great price and the ideal location, this hotel will definitely fit the bill.
Clean and comfortable rooms and a pleasant pool.
The location is perfect. It is away from all the craziness, but only 50 metres to the Sawngthaew (Baht Buses) so you can get anywhere you like - includng all the 'action' (if that's what you want) within a few minutes. 5 minutes from the main bus station and on one of the main roads out of town.
This place is popular with our Russian friends during their winter; but where in Pattaya isn't nowadays? They certainly don't bother me or anyone else.
They are refurbishing the lobby area right now but no problem. No noise or dust reaches the rooms or pool area. All the work will be finished before the tourist season anyway.

Although there is construction work in progress around the Lobby area there isn't too much noise. This should be finished by the end of October.
My stay was enjoyable as always. The rooms are spaciuos, tiled floor in room as well as in coridor makes it easy to keep the Place clean.

never ate in the hotel so can not comment on the food,but the rooms are a decent size cleaned regular,perfect location for the bus service and easy walking distance for the beach,shopping etc.a bit of renovation going on but not a big problem.quiet at night so slept ok.have stayed here seven times.

lovely and convenient hotel with nice pool

Stayed in nice place of Pattaya Naklua. Newly refurbished wing, so comfortable and clean rooms. Good place for shopping and bars as well as following up on live sports. Many good restaurants as well. wud stay again.

Definately a good location (near dolphin circle), easy to get to any spot in Pattaya.
Unfortunately it's currently a big building site, reception is located in the restaurant, during day time (starts 9:30am) loud noise from workers, dust and other inconveniences.
Elsewise, the rooms are big enough.
Avoid room 217, the balcony is easily accessible from outer floor (security)
Breakfast not booked and not used (also due to limited availability)

This resort is a little far from walking street, but very easy to take a taxi to bus station and walking street. I slept well in the silent room.

Hotel was good for staying with family or friends. Swimming pool was ok. The rooms are lArge and can fit 3 person easily. But the hotel has some projects which are under construction and reinnovation it is now quite noisy and many workers moving around.. But this should be done in few weeks.

A very enjoyable stay...never got hot water but it was at a hot time so the water cooled me down...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
everything you need is right outside your door...close to beach...shops...and nightlife...

Very friendly and professional front desk management, absolutely no hassles of any kind.

The pool , staff, location and room were all a tremendous value. Tho the hotel is undergoing renovations in public areas it is quite 'noisy' during daytime hours, BUT no construction or unneccessary noises in hotel during evening hours until a respectable hour to begin work again the next day. Would definitely stay here again.
