For general is ok but just the lady waitress she always have no the mind services and bad mood but the boy is ok nice. There are a lots bad smell of tobacco..its detroy the rooms area and the place so much becuase the hotel have no the serious regulation for no smoking.

Remolded Resort with good location but noisy

Well this is our second stay. Fine in low season but in this stay March13 we struck it unlucky with noisy guests next door for 4 out of 7 night. Walls too thin. Midnight bed for me so can put up with a bit of noise to then, but one night party time and screeming girls. Out then come home 2-3am with girls and more grunting and loud TV. Then the snooring 6-7am gets you.
Try to sleep later but maid comes at 8:30- 8:45 and store next to our room. Trolley click clacks on the tiles, she shouts on the two way radio to the office, yells morning greetings to work mate/guests. turns tap on full bore to fill bucket 6 ft from door. All reverberates off concrete and tiles everwhere.
I have been coming to Pattaya for 22 years and know other quieter locations where you can get a decent sleep. Coming back to this one NO NO. Management need to do something about noise control and the circular steel stairs next to room

This resort is ok, nice swimming pool and cute decoration.
Mineral water is not free in room.
Pretty far from centre and entertaining places.
