Pinnacle Jomtien Resort and Spa Pattaya is really a nice hotel with quiet envoironment and lovely helpful staff, it is wealth for money for stay here. Breakfast has lots of choices but quality can be improved. Internet had been shut down for 1.5 days during our stay, but it was great for free of charge to use the WiFi internet. Although hotel is far away from Pattaya city, around 10 km, but it can be reached by hotel's shuttle car service. One thing need to be corrected is the hotel map which shown in internet page is wrong which caused me driven into Jomtien beach and needed help from the taxi driver to shown me the correct way.
Shopping Tip:
Better to have information in English as well

Bathroom smelled, but had a bathtub. Breakfast excellent choice and quality. 2 pools, one large 25 metres. Garden area with birds, nice shaded covers, and private beach to walk along. Several shops, restaurants just to right of beach.
Plenty of staff around. Bit strict with security when you first arrive, but better than too lax! Quiet relaxing ambiance. Older people, a few children. European. Bit like naturist resort except no nudity! Internet free but not working. Shop on site for cool drinks. Might get a bit boring after 4 days. Shuttle 80 baht to pattaya.
Travel tip:
Bring a coolbag and fill it with cold drinks from the shop, cheaper than bar.

It's worth to stay on Pinnacle Jomtien

The Pinnacle Jomtien is a big commercial hotel in contrast with the smaller hotels in the area. Being big means they have large facilities but not so much of a personal touch. The staff is insufficient and as a result they are unfriendly. This would be a good hotel for a large group but couples should look elsewhere to more of a boutique hotel
Hotel Feature Tip:
They have iPod rentals here with music downloads. That is a great feature for the beach.

The hotel location is on jomtien beach, which is cleaner and not lounder as pattaya beach.

Everytime I visit pattaya, my family select this hotel, becase this hotel is very nice, peace, only far from central city of pattaya 5-7 KMs,
There are private beach in this hotel, only guess can use this beach, jomtien beach is clean and beatiful, safe for children, also you can enjoy 2 pool in hotel,
Food and Drink is delicious, Not expensive for Thai people & Foreigner.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are wonderful place which you can do.
One is the float market which not far from pinnacle hostel, because the other name of siam is the eastern venice, so you can see the traditional of living style of thai people here.
one is THE A-LANG-KA, the place of showing thai culture, thai historical, ( THE A-LANG-KAR is thai laquage mean grant, amazing )

3 times we returned to your hotel
We like very much our own privicay and that is what we totaly have here.

We like the space in the room, the option of sitting on the balcon. Great to see a small washingline outside on the balcon. A good idea to give wristbands to have access to the swimming pool and the different colour of towels to be used in the swimming pool area.The privacy you give us your customers is a number one for us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nice to use the shuttle van on a rainy day.We like to stay around the hotel, swim,walk on go to the beach.

the room rate was worth for the money spent compare to some other hotels in pattaya. the location is away from the crowd so having own transportation is a must but parking space is so limited. good breakfast and service wasn't bad. we went to Alang-karn show across from the hotel entrance, would tell everybody not to waste your time and money. Ta-lad-narm 4 park nearby was worth time to spend. after all we enjoyed the stay at pinnacle but wish they kept the bungalows part that were there 5-6 years ago.

a lot of good reason to stay at this hotel

this hotel service is good, very quiet, good private beach . alot of sun bed and space to rest, but there are no little table next to any sun bed so that you can not put any drink or food next to you. The breakfast has a lot of choices but the food in the restaurant is bad, sometimes is old and no taste. We think the drinks are over priced .The ice-cream i had was at least 10 months old ,it iwas so so dry. I think they did not order new stock until the high season comes. But over all the hotel is good, clean and quiet., service is good.Staffs are very helpful. OH! When you use the computer in the lobby , pls watch out! it has a lot alot alot of mosquitos keep biting you.The table tennis table and the pool table are too old.
Restaurant Tip:
there are alot of good seafood local restaurant along the left hand side seafront road of Jomtien

Nice overall hotel
Clean room, Breakfast buffet, Cable TV with multilingual channels, Quite beach, Green trees, Lovely garden, Fish pond. Also close to good local seafood restaurants.

Basically, it's a nice hotel with adequate amenities. I stayed in an economy room, which, although not brand new, is in fair condition and clean. During my stay, it was mostly quiet.
The breakfast buffet is ok, not noteworthy but nothing bad.
My peeve with the hotel is swimming pools. They have two. The smaller but closer one has no shower stall to cleanse your body before and after, and the bigger one is farther away towards the beach. Most people use the bigger pool, but if you want to use the smaller one, you have to walk all the way to the bigger pool to wash your body and grab the pool towel then head back to the small pool.
It's not close to the city by any means, if you like the city scene or nightlife party, but it could be a plus for some who want to escape from the aforementioned.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's just right across the main road from Alangkarn Theatre. It has one of those fanciful yet beautiful semi-traditional Thai performance, like the ones in Bangkok (Siam Neramit) and Phuket (Phuket Fantasea). They have the show every night.

A magnificent sea view room on a nice beach front
In terms of physical environment, the room we got is very well furnished, the gardens and walk ways in the hotel are well-maintained. Food wise, they serve marvellous breakfast.

This well-maintained hotel is on an lovely stretch of beaches on that coast line... Staying there made our little vacation as marvellous as going to an island resort. Swimming pools, fitness facilities, and massage by the beach are also available.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do stay at a sea-view room which is worth the money because you can enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean right from the room's balcony.
