Cleam Hotel and Good Bfast
I liked the hotel for cleamliness

I enjoyed my shorth as location for walking street 5 minute walk and free shuttle bus service along with free WiFi. Breakfast had reasoamble selection of food but too many curries and catering for Indiam nationals.
I would only stay here again if short stay and price was lower.
Travel tip:
Look for signs as Signature hotel npt Best Western....

this is another awsome hotel that i had been slept if you are not really take your time within hotel this is another option that i would suggest as it close to walking street only 15 mins walk.
and the most important please book passing agoda as cheapest that i had met
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near by walking street and go kart and also lots of healthy massage in the same price as 200 THB per hour

this hotel doesn't have as many facilities and services as other big hotels; however, it has all the essential ones. there are two things i like the most: the room and the pool. the room is in modern style with easy-decoration. the area around the pool is so quiet which give a romantic feeling.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the room is quite large. The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of dishes. The swimming pool is lovely, but the water was cold. The location is not convenient to the beach which is unfortunate since this hotel could be a nice boutique hotel.

overall very pleasant stay, with easy access and parking from bangkok and good service. the room was clean and the internet worked fine. the location is ok, but requires tuk tuk or taxi service if walking to all the main tourist areas of pattaya. would definitely return.
Nightlife Tip:
Not far from Walking Street, but likely need a short tuk tuk ride

the hotel feels relatively new, very comfortable rooms, spacious and air conditioned. staff very helpfull, hotel shuttle bus useful to get to beaches and walking street if you want to use it.
although the food menu is relatively limited all of the food is fantastic, thai, european etc. would definitly recommend.
Restaurant Tip:
Best restaurants are in North Pattaya.
