New, nice and comfortable room with large bathroom.

Got upgraded room from 2 serene rooms to be one suite room. The suite room looks great, new and comfortable. Clean and large two bathrooms. The kids were so fun swimming but not suitable for adults due to too small including all other facilities of the hotel especially the car parking lots. Need to expand car park to fit with the number of rooms. The hotel location is quite far from the beach and shopping center.

nice and clean room. Dinning at the hotel's restaurant surprised me, especially steak. It was much better than I expected. Free WiFi.

Actually, I didn't expect a lot when I choose this hotel. This hotel is a relatively small hotel with nice and clean room. You can expect good and friendly services.
Travel tip:
Try steak at the hotel's restaurant and you will be surprised.

Great hotel with super friendly staff

This was our 2nd stay at Best Western Signature Pattaya.
This is a lovely modern hotel a 10 minute drive away from the madness of downtown Pattaya.
The staff are really helpful and friendly, the room we had on the first night was really noisy as the Air condintioning unit rattled all night, the hotel staff moved us straight away the next morning, great service...
The guys in the bar are super friendly and great with the kids, they would take our kids out into the carpark upon our return in the evening and play football with them, which was just lovely!!
The breakfast is good, All in all a great hotel, and we will return again..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Central PAttaya shopping centre is great for shopping, try the brazillian place for food.. All you can eat...

Hotel was lovely, not by the beach which got me off guard but it was near the go carts and walking street so yea.. Staff wasn't the best I've had but still friendly but no need to stay at the hotel for the whole stay they have tours which they take you to and from so you can experience THAILAND!!

Short break in Pattaya
Nice and spacious rooms, with comfortable beds.

Hotel was nice, quite newly completed so everything was still in good condition and clean. The area is slightly away from restaurants or cafe so you need a 15mins walk to get to a main street area. It would've been nice if the hotel provided a tuk-tuk service for their guests to accomodate for this. Other than that - everything worked out well and I would surely consider staying in this hotel for my next visit.
