Room is good and clean. Food is ok. Many selection of food for breakfast. But the pool is so small. Not enough day bed at the pool and they are too hot , no shelter.

This is a nice hotel which is in a good location for the nightlife in pattaya.
Every member of staff I had any dealings with, we're both polite and helpfull and always smiling.
The room I stayed in was of a good standard and very clean,with a comfortable bed.
The only real negative of this hotel was the size of the pool, although it was adequate.

my request for the late check-out was accepted without any hassles. the staff was ok. the breakfast had a decent variety. none of the hotel rooms have any decent view of the beach. the rooms are ok too. i will like to try out other hotels in pattaya on my next visit there.

the property is a bit out of the way from basically everything and connectivity to and from it is quite challenging if you are not coming with your own car, but apart from that, the rooms are very nice (even i got upgraded for free) and the services of the staff is friendly and attentive...
if it would just be in a little bit better location, this would be my new hotel of choice in pattaya...

Nice hotel close to south Pattaya pier

always a pleasure to stay here. the rooms are clean and adequate. we have three large girls who share a room and one for the parents - no suites. it is close to restaurants and the pattaya pier. staff is helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
At the south Pattaya pier, take the Koh Larn boat taxi (30 baht) to the island. The beaches are clean white and water clear. So much better than Pattaya beach which is nasty. Close to Walking Street (not family friendly at night).

the premier room is new & clean. it has more space for relaxing than i expected. you can check in early before noon with fast process, if the room is available.
i'm not happy with overall service because i've to call for their help more than 5 times (same problem) & reception spoke with tough sound with me.
