Modern, clean, fullyn equipped hotel
Five minuet walk to "Walking Street". Great value for the money.

nice 3.6 star hotel. very clean and frendly, helpful staff. i got great last minute price.
no real complents except the hotel was difficult to find. i drove around for hours in a city with few street signs or rectangular blocks. their maps are not to scale and leave many streets out. a large sign at the entrance to the hotel would have saved me hours of aggravation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking Streets comes to life after 9:00 pm. Have to see this place at least once in your life.

Great location...not far from Walking Street
The food was pretty good, swimming pool was nice and the service was timely. I appreciated the attitudes of all the staff and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

very nice hotel that is well staffed with knowledgeable staff. the hotel is well cared for and so are the guests.
the only drawback is that they are obviously attracting russian guests on a large scale, no problem except that the english tv has diminished and russian channels are taking over.
there was a very pretty young lady serving at the bar and sadly her demeanour was a detraction to the great service provided by every one else. never smiled and frankly didnt great me or the children, never asked us if we required anything....
overall a very nice hotel and as i have said very well placed fo a walk to walking street.
Nightlife Tip:
very nicely situated with a short walk into the heart of the night life. for anyone requiring an overnight guest, no problems as i saw it although i didnt need that service myself.

Signature is a nice hotel with reasonable price with easy access to the walking street and not very far from Pattaya View Point on Phra Tamnak Hill. The room looks new and we like the amenities, although the cable signal could be better. We've got the view of the main road so it's not that spectacular. We didn't have BF so can't comment on that

about a 6 block walk from the southern end of walking street. we were there over new year's eve which jacked the price up dramatically - not sure what the room rates are normally. the hotel had a plain, almost sterile look. baht busses take you up and down the strip for 20 baht - just hop on any you see.
Travel tip:
Hot water was only tepid.

Overall a good stay. The staff was helpful and the location just nice. A new year eve in Pattaya could have been a very noisy one on Walking Street but after ten minutes walk back to hotel everything was quiet.

Not A Recommended Hotel in the Lovely Pattaya
We thought is a cheap 4 star hotel, but it is not.

We stayed 3 nights on this hotel to explore our vacation in marvelous Pattaya. We chose this hotel merely because seeing its good review on the net. However, the management has probably changed recently, as in the contrary we had very bad experience during our stay.
Very unfriendly front desk staff ever. We ended up with paying more expensive than any other luxurious 4-5 star hotel with greater location can easily be found. During check in, they threatened and forced us to pay extra 3000 BATH or would cancel our booking if we are not agree with it.
After hours of a wasting time negotiation, I finally still ended up with having to pay extra of 1500 BATH on the top of our full payment , They are not providing me with the receipt nor additional facility and services for such extra payment eventhough my kid was clearly described during the booking and there was no rejection nor extra payment requirements afterward. We also found many other guests on the reception being mad by having to pay higher extra payment for other various reasons.
The hotel staff simply ignore our request for high floor, twin bad, beach view, no extra bed, etc
The Hotel is very far from the beach and any activity with ghetto surrounding, dark street, no nice view. We need to walk over 2 km extra daily to reach the beach and back to the hotel. It is quite tiring in the hot sun
The bath room water is smell very stink. We therefore need extra mineral water just to brush our teeth. The room is having a noisy light (genset sound) and many dead bulbs. When we came into the room, we couldn't get into the bathroom as it was locked from the inside. We, however, couldn't expect to get help from staff as when we call them, they even just instruct us to use 1 bath coin to open it. As we are just arrived there, how could we have such a coin then?
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can find easily cheaper, better, more luxurious hotel with a greater location, and stay away from this hotel. don't ruin your precious vacation in the lovely Pattaya by taking this hotel.

Great Location but small rooms

though i booked for a non-smoking room, they put me in the smoking floor and it seems like a lot of confusion. had to shift again to another floor afterwards.
i like the location as it is bit away from the busy beach road and a quite place.
