This hotel is a gem .. we stay here for 2 days and we spend all our time in the hotel without going out!!!!
We were in the hotel end of My, it was very relaxing. The staff was very nice and always smiling...
We will come back here for sure.

it is an old hotel that is renovated under pullman brand.
the rooms are newly decorated.
service staff are very friendly. reception mgr is understanding.
recommend:
- aisawan ocean view room
- all deluxe room can see the ocean view only from a 30-45 degree angle.
breakfast is good, not a large selection like other bigger hotels but good quality
parking is easy
good feeling as a cosy hotel, as it is considered a small-medium sized hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should wait for the Accor sale promotions. Full price doesn't seem to be worth it though

The most attractive and gorgeous thing is the location as well as the bed rooms. Also the atmosphere is beautiful. Most hotel staffs are international and friendly but the hotel restaurant staffs are not. Moreover, the food is looks very nice but the tease is another story. Finally, the hotel light in each floor is too dark.
Nightlife Tip:
A lot of night clubs and bars near by are good for male foreigner to visit but definitely they are not for local people.

Bell boy was nasty,the rest of the staff are great

This is a four star chained hotel that I was looking forward to go because of the location and the salt water pool.
The room is standard. Lots of Russian tourist occupied the sun bathing area and it can be noisy.
The water in the pool is great warm and relaxing.
The first person that we encounter was the bell boy, who is very nasty person. I think he expected big tip from guest. The rest of the staff are nice. There was a big comparision in my mind about this hotel to Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit since after our stay in Pullman, we moved the Bangkok and stay at the Sheraton. Bell boy treated us nicely and did not seem to expect tip. although we gave the same amount to both places.
It is not a good way to greet hotel guess!

I think I have a responsibility to our customers. I stayed in the room with the air conditioner leaked water when I notice the hotel. The hotel's rooms for one night and breakfast I've added a lot to choose from. It is a salt water pool.

we were lucky to get the room at 50% off normal price. we love everything about it; modern concept bedroom, 2 seaview pools, nice pool bar area, nice private beach. lotsa choices for breakfast. highly recommended for those love birds and family who like to spend your whole day in the hotel. you can just chill n relax at the pools and the beach then rest in your room. if you want to go out, there is a shuttle service.

Good location with beach front which is not easy to find in Pattaya. Close to convenient store and many restaurants near by.
