Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Swimming pool and private beach.

Very nice hotel and very good service. Fantastic private beach. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that you need a taxi to go to Walking Street, the heart of Pattaya nightlife.

The service was very good at the hotel and the rooms are great. You have access to the private beach which is much less crowded than the beach outside the hotel. The only disadvantage of the hotel is its location as you would need a taxi to go to the walking street, the heart of Pattaya nightlife.

I stayed at Pullman for 3 days and it was great experience. Luxurious facilities, great location with easy access to the most attractive tourist spots in Pattaya, and professional and kind staffs.
Definite candidate for revisit and recommendation.

Although the hotel is a bit old, however, the room is clean and well maintain as its condition.
Love the ocean view from my room though!
Their services are good, food is fine, the rest I did not experience with them yet.

i was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. staying on the top floor of the hotel was even better as you can see beautiful sea all the way from left to right. and staff there were very friendly and helpful, they were there to assist you all the time.

Do stay if you want to waste your money and time
You can't find peace of mind from this hotel during month end

in spite of providing relaxation and privacy to customers, the hotel threw us a crazy party called g-star party. this happens every month end. 70% of the hotel was noise polluted from 7 p.m. - 1 a.m. we were scared by an ambulance and firemen walking around in the hotel. bad parking management. after we came back from outside we couldn't find a parking in the hotel. the room is old with a broken shower and unfortunately my air-con was also broken at 6 in the morning. it took more than 30 to send up a mechanical guy. overall, do stay if you have lots of cash and time to waste. we will not go near there ever again and will keep telling our loved ones not to make the same mistake.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Buy ear plugs if you're staying there during month end to prevent noise pollution from the party.

we have been twice to the pattaya pullmann hotel. during our first stay we enjoied the a club advantages especially the breakfast in the club lounge, very relaxing and good value for money. the rooms are ok, not to big but also not to small. during our second stay we did not book the a club membership and that was a big mistake. the room lanai pool, we got a free upgrate, was ok. but breakfast was far below our expectation and what you get in the club lounge. in general the service is soso and the staff is not very friendly beside some reall nice exceptions. the spa we used almost every day during our first stay was on an average level and not really worse the moeny.
however, if you are not afraid of high rising buildings around you or to stay in one and you book the a club membership the hotel is ok.

Amazing Hotel with great savings thru Agoda

i have never been staying at such a great services and facilities hotel in pattaya. beautiful private beach, lovely pools, well-facilities room and amazing dinner buffet at reasonable price are all my reasons staying here. i highly recommend to choose pullman aisawan!
Restaurant Tip:
should take a ride to "Mong-Ai-Roy" thai restaurant, you can enjoy fantastic Thai food there with a romantic environment
