The 'Bhat buses' are an inexpensive way to travel to popular tourist areas in Pattaya: Jomtien Beach and Walking Street. Mattress and linens need an upgrade
The Quality Resort @ Pattaya Hill is a fantastic value. The rooms are big with nice views in all directions. The swimming pool is big and very clean. My standard room had a TV with many cable channels to choose from and a hot water maker for coffee, tea, or instant noodles. The A/C works well. The bathroom is also good size. The security in the Quality Resort is excellent. The security guard gives you a salute and a big smile each time you enter an elevator from the lobby. Although the Quality Resort is not within walking distance of the primary tourist area, taxis and motorcycle taxis are readily available.
Shopping Tip : The hotel has the Eden Mini Mart on the lobby level. There is also a Family Mart just down the block.

Friendly staff, nice pool, quiet location, reasonable taxi service just outside hotel or possible to walk to main road for baht bus (a good walk).
I found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise. The air conditioning was a little load but this had the effect of isolating any other noise. Slept well, since undisturbed, every night. Baht buses within walking distance, although some people may regard the distance as a problem. I extended my stay by an extra night and intend to stay there again. The only point I would make is that the standard charge for the hotel is a little on the high side for Pattaya, but if you get a discounted deal then it is a good hotel for the price. Taxi service outside hotel was cheap by Pattaya standards and I used them regularly. Normally stay in Jomtien with my wife as Jomtien better for families compared to Pattaya itself. This is a hotel where I would not have any problem taking my wife and family.

Far from famous Pattaya nightlife
It is one of the tallest buildings in the area and built on a hill to begin with add up to great views of the area. Room is nice enough, tile floor. A quiet condo building with good security and friendly staff. Good covered parking. The swimming pool area is nice and clean but a little small for the number of residents. Pool is shallow; the deep end would only be shoulder level for most adults. Travel agent, mini mart and other convenient services available on the ground floor.
