1. we got a room upgrade, and we didn't even ask
2. the staff answered questions knowledgeably--how to get around, where to go, etc.
3. the owners and manager introduced themselves and sincerely looked after our concerns
4. good local and international choices for buffet breakfast and for dinner (we didn't go for lunch)
5. staff were helpful but not overwhelming and did not get in the way
6. lovely, clean room and lush gardens
7. we had to leave at 6am to get on a 9:40am flight. i didn't order breakfast as it was advertised to start at 7am and i didn't want to hassle the staff. nonetheless, two breakfast bags came with us in the car--unexpected and totally appreciated.

Nice old style village room and service with a smile, couple owners are nice. Breakfast is very good. especially dinner Thai cuisine is classic traditional tasting. We just love our stay.

a little dissapointed when first arrived, but the place grew on me.the staff were friendly.breakfast ok.never ate in resteraunt because first night got served warm beer so never went back.overall...6out of ten.

it's a fantastic resort which knows the meaning of hospitality very well. everything in the resort was very good including food and rooms. staff was really very humble but the best part which we all loved the most was having breakfast and dinner in the cool breeze with sea view.... simply unforgettable holidays... mr and mrs rabbit were giving personal attention to all was another very appreciable aspect... thanks trip advisor.....
Restaurant Tip:
If someone is interested in veg restorant in Pattaya, there is Indian by Nature and Saras... Both are very good for veg food.....
