The staff was very friendly, the pool was sparkling clean, the beach area was clean and well maintained, and shuttle into Pattaya City was very handy
No complaints......everything was fine.
This was our first trip to Pattaya and were referred to the Ravindra by AGODA. The Ravindra is far enough away from Pattaya City that it is quiet and doesn't have a city atmosphere, but close enough that all the Pattaya attractions are a short shuttle trip away. The rooms are large and comfortable with a short walk to the pool or the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very good and the beachfront restaurant was a great place to dine and watch the sunset. I would like to give a special thanks to the front desk and shuttle staff for returning my wife's camera kit that she left in the shuttle on the way to Pattaya City.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We took a day trip over to Koh Lan. It is a short boat trip that leaves from Bali Hai pier. The Island has a several nice beaches, restaurants, and a temple. We rented a motorbike and rode around the island taking photos and enjoying the mountains and rainforest views. Koh Lan is a must if you are visiting Pattaya.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Location is great if you want a bit of seclusion.
It's a cab ride into town and the ride costs 1000 baht regardless of where you go.
Can't say enough about the facilities or staff. Both were OUTSTANDING. The place is beautiful, quiet, the restaurants are good but limited. The cab fare is really my only complaint, not thats ver significant. We went one evening on a very short ride to another hotel to eat and it was 1000 baht. The cab waits for you, so the price is offset a bit by this. Another night we went into Pattaya beach and because we went to the southern part of Pattaya the cabbie charged us 1200 baht.... Still not big deal but I hate when you get a ride and they tell you that you owe more at the END of the trip. If you want a place that is quiet and absolutely refreshing and beautiful, this is a place to consider. The staff is really very good.

The room is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and wide. My son love to swim so he enjoyed very much. The spa is good and relax.
The first towel is a little bit smelly but I asked them to give me the new one it is ok.
This hotel is good for the family. The spa was great and the swimming pool is big and there are 3 pools so my son enjoyed it very much.The room is clean and comfortable. I went there with my son,my sister and my mom. We enjoyed it and want to recommend this hotel if you come along with the family. I will surely come back to stay this hotel in the near future.
Restaurant Tip : There is the seafood restaurant near by at the Baan Umper district. The food is fresh and delicious called Sri Nual.
