Ask for outside taxi. Using the hotel taxi is very expensive. Some of the hotel staff will help you get the outside taxi. The one recommended by the hotel staff is usually more reliable than the one you get on your own.

According to the staff, the hotel opened in Feb 2008. 2 of the 3 pools were closed due to "heavy rainfall" but it looked more like an algae bloom to me. The one remaining pool was very nice and virtually deserted.
When coming down from Bangkok have the hotel's phone number so that the driver can quickly find the hotel!
- Restaurant Tip : Try the Lobster Pot restaurant on the famous "Walking Street".

- There are too many group tourist especially Sat - Sun. You may annoy from their activities. You can avoid by request buidling farest from lobby (they have meeting room, Karaoke nearby) So can sleep peacefully at night.
