Great Hotel, Great Location

upon arriving at the hotel, i was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. the receptionist was very helpful and efficient. i arrived early, my room was ready and allocated to me straight away. the room was spotlessly clean, modern and fresh. the facilities in the room were excellent, fridge, dvd player and most importantly for me tea and coffee making facilities. every request by me was carried out immediately and nothing was too much trouble. overall an excellent stay.
