Friendly staff and good location. No hassle guest policy.
Beds are not that comfortable.
I go to pattaya at least once a year and have stayed at a variety of places. The higher end hotels always try to charge you for everything possible including guest fees and insane transportation / tour costs. Only thing residence garden will charge you for is if you want extra towels and overall is a pleasant, hassle free place to stay close to walking street i will most likely stay there again
